Syrian hamsters come in different colourings, Russians are mainly whites and greys whereas syrians are usually browns, blacks or blondes. Syrians are much larger and display a very different temprament.

AnswerRussian Dwarfs have a dark stripe down there back and are half the size of a Syrain hamster. They are less friendly apparently but i wouldn't worry about that, i have a male dwarf called Nuggets and he let me hold him within a week. They are harder to handle than Syrians simply because they're smaller. They nip more, mine likes chewing my fingers but it doesn't really hurt. He is also scared of heights, i had a ladder in his cage which the previous inhabitants (mice) loved but he hated it.Russian Dwarfs are alot smaller than Syrians and are harder to hold if you are a first time buyer then it is better to get syrian.Russian Dwarfs have dark stripes down their backs they also have longer tails but the tails are still quite small.
What are the negatives to owning a teddy bear hamster?
Some negative things to owning a Teddy Bear Hamster is that they can bite and it does hurt, also all living thing excrete so you do have clean up after it and finally they are a lot of responsibility, but the biggest negative thing about owning a Teddy Bear Hamster is that like all living things it will die, and how sad do you think you or your kids will be when your little buddy dies ( I know that when my hamsters die I am extremely sad) so just keep this information in mind when getting a Teddy Bear Hamster.

Well...the truth is people have different point of view in hamsters some like teddy beatr have but some don't........I( can't really say which one is not a good pick but I can tell u alittle about them...........
Teddy bear hamsters- Live for 2-3 years if they are healthy they grow about 10-15cm maybe (I have one at home)different kind of them they can have long fur or short......colours they have brown and white, black and white, black,browm white,carmel and white, peach or mixed
Dawrf hamsters- Live for about 1-2 years if they are very healthy may live longer grow about 5-8cm maybe. There colours black, brown, white, mixed
Black bear hamster- they are like teddy bear hamsters but they don't long fur as long as teddy bear hamster Grow about 5-12cm maybe there only colour is black.
Chinse hamsters- Same as and black bear, they grow about 9-14cm MAYBE colours they can have carmel, blond, white or sometimes mixed.
Winter White hamsters - Live for 1-2 years they grow about 8-10cm maybe

As far as I know rodents' (And rabbits') teeth continues to grow infinitely, they have to eat something harder to keep them not chewing things, or literally, they are trimming their teeth so it doesn't get too long. :D

Well, it's like any bruise. You wait for it to heal. Make sure to give your hamster nutritious foods to speed up the healing. If it is a bad bruise, bring it yo your vet.
it is normal for a mouse to sleep through the day and come out at night they do not eat much at all just make sure you are feeding your mouse food from the pet shop and things like lettice, rolled oats, shortbread(which they love) these are treats for them and what ever you do dont feed them cheese it is bad for them it is just used on traps as they are extremely attracted to it.

Check for a vaccum leak at the base of the carb gasket. Also check all major vaccum leak sources.... EGR valve, power brake vaccum hose, pcv valve sticking open. etc. If the car attempts to leap forward when it dies (like when you pop the clutch on a standard) you have a bad "Torque converter lockup module". Its on the transmission. You don't have to replace it - just unplug it. The car will work fine without it.

Yes, depending on your cage but your hamster may find a way out and run away. If your cage has a mesh metal then your hamster may be able to fit through but usually not. My hamster is always trying to escape. I solve this by putting her in her ball to run around the room for up to 40 minutes. Afterwords she is usually tired and will take a nap.
