Can hamster sick without wheel?
Yes, most likely yes. If it doesn't have a wheel then it won't get lots of exercise which it needs. It will get really fat and most likely die of a heart attack or just die because it doesn't have alot of strength. Not to scare you or anything but I had an experience.

My exotic vet uses a wash cloth draped over the back of the hamster and then grabs through the cloth the scruff of the hamsters neck skin and lifts the hamster. My hamster won't let me do this well so I decided to squeeze the meds onto the tip of a plastic spoon and offer it that way. It worked perfectly as she immediately licked every bit of it off the spoon and still does to this day.

Seriously ill: most likely a cold or wet tail (both of which can kill a little hamster if left untreated). Go take it to a vet ASAP. They can give medicine to put into the hamsters water.

Yes, it can do. My hamster rubbed thin the fur on her nose. It wont cause them much harm though, it will just be cosmetic. But keep an eye on the area in case the skin starts to look red or sore.
