Why do I have to always wait for my friends?
If you are waiting for your friends because they are constantly late, it's because they may not know the correct time or same time as you; are late on purpose to seem cool; is perhaps in their nature, or they just don't want to be the first one showing up.
If you mean it in a different sense, please explain.
It's more like they always take 20 minutes at their locker and then they except me to wait for them and then they sit down with me and then they say they have to go someone where else anyway and they always wait for each other ad help people that they have nothing to do with and then they want me to wait for them which I have been for the last year and it's very annoying. And then I always ask them instead of talking at the locker they should come sit down with me to talk but they don't and then it's my fault if they don't sit with me because Yeah.
Let's say to sum it up, I always wait for them and never get anything back. And I'm sick and tired of it and we have been friends for 2+ YEARS
ANOTHER PERSPECTIVE!
Someone told me years ago to remember this rule: "You get the behaviour you reward, you discourage the behaviour you tax". If you wait, they know you will wait & so.... they are comfortable making you wait, because you rewarded it last time by waiting. If you give in every time a girl cries, you will have a controlling, manipulative person on your hands that KNOWS how to cry!
If you let someone owe you money & listen to their excuses, they will pay everyone else & let Mr nice guy wait!
okay so do I sit with them or not. Because I had a go at them the other day. And sort got really angry and just yelled.
People who use you are not your friends.....

How can personality affect relearning of speech and mobility of an individual?

On the other hand, factors like fear of failure or low self-esteem may hinder progress by creating barriers to learning and practicing new skills.
How do you tell your brother to calm down?
You don't. It is emotionally abusive to tell others to calm down. It is robbing them of power, and that is why they are upset because they perceive someone stole power from them or is trying to control them. Robbing them of more power and further violating them won't help them when that is what caused the upset.
Instead of trying to control others and boss them around by telling them to calm down, we should learn to trust their ability to calm down on their own, learn to listen to others, get over our need to have to feel in control, learn to be more comfortable around those who are upset, and simply allow them to calm down without ever drawing attention to their behavior. If you draw attention to their behavior, you are in essence accusing them. It may be true, but that is the last thing they need to hear. I've seen many situations escalate because some observer decided to take control of the situation at the expense of whoever was upset and thus provoke them to worse behavior. They then pat themselves on the back, blame the other person for being unreasonable or "crazy," and in their self-righteousness, they never see that their need to control others provoked the situation.
How do you relate human behavior to chemical properties?

Twins and multiples are used to advance our understanding of human behaviour
because they are the closest thing to a clone. In science experiments the variables must be consistent, so in this case, the most accurate way of repeating an experiment is to get two twins with the same up bringing.

Are there some people who do not deserve friends if so who?
everyone deserves a nice friend to make them happy, even bad people. Maybe the reason that person is bad is because he/she needs somebody to help them and make them behave better. If someone is annoying, bad-tempered, weird or even someone who is really unpopular, everyone deserves a special friend.
One should fight or protest for some things which will harm the people . Such an action or involving to protest is a moral duty of human being.
Amoral behaviour is not to understand or can not able to segregate between right and wrong.

Is it always possible to forgive?
For some, perhaps. Certainly not for everyone.
It is absolutely possible for everyone to forgive, although many people refuse to, not realizing that by doing so they only harm themselves.
Forgiveness has little or nothing to do with the other person. It has everything to do with the one forgiving.
Look at it this way: someone has caused you harm, and you can either forgive that person and put to rest any continued harm, or you can harbor ill feelings and let the damage continue.

How does irresponsibility affect you?
It depends on whose lack of responsibility in question. If it is your own, you may forget or lose things. You might have substance abuse problems, be poor, miss lots of work by oversleeping, stay unemployed, and act childish. You might believe that everything bad that happens to you is someone else's fault. You may be late to events, have out lots of overdue library books, and owe others lots of money.
If you mean other irresponsible people, then you'd have to put up with some of the consequences of their actions. You might have to put up with someone being late to a meeting, and with a hangover or intoxication. You might have to put up with someone borrowing from you and never bringing things back. An irresponsible driver could take your life. Irresponsible and unwed parents are often on the public dole, and they are partly responsible for tax increases. There are many things you cannot do because others have abused the privilege with their irresponsible behavior. Irresponsible doctors drive up the cost of medicine and make it harder on honest, responsible doctors. More laws are added because of irresponsible people. Irresponsible people are often the cause of what others consider "frivolous" lawsuits. If a mother isn't paying attention to her child, and then trips over the child in a store, gets hurt, and sues the store, the store may have to increase its prices or go out of business. Then you'd have to walk or drive farther to shop, or you'd have to pay more. Your children may be forced to take vaccines because of children who engage in irresponsible behaviors that your kids don't do (assuming that is true).
