I drank one beer and took two hydrocodone. I have a headache (kind of, its a different type of headache, kind of drowsy) And I have a stomach ache. I also combined those two with Ibuprofen, Albuteral, and Marijuana. I think your going to be fine, considering I'm alive.

No, hydromorphone hydrochloride breaks down into morphine and to it subsequent metabolites. Vicodine metabolites and antibodies are slightly different. Unfortunatly those differences are within the existing sciences capabilities to detect.

NOT EXACTLY TRUE. One teaspoon does contain the equivalent of 2 vicodin of hydrocodone; however, in Tussionex, the hydrocodone is released over a period of 12 hours. Therefore, over 12 hours, 10 mg of hydrocodone is released. If you were to take 2 vicodin, you'd have 10mg of hydrocodone released immediately and when you take 2 more in 4 more hours, you'd have a total of 20 mg of hydrocodone released. With Tussionex, in that same 8 hours, you will have only realized 8mg of hydrocodone. It's the time release that causes the changes....

It's only safe to take what your doctor has prescribed. I have never known of a doctor to prescribe both to be taken together.

I have taken 2 phetramine and 5 lortab, and i am living to tell about it. I never thought twice, even though uppers and downers and generally not the healthiest mix. most trouble occurs with cocaine and heroin/oxyContin. I think these 2 mild drugs are ok as long sz you are not taking a ton of either

I am trying to find the answer to this myself! i think that it does affect it. I have been taking vicodin on and off for about a month now and my period is 2 weeks late. I finally have cramps and i think that I'm going to get it any day now. I really think that it had something to do with the vicodin because this has never happened to me before.

24-48 hours minimally. 72+ hours is ideal for full effect, even with a dose as low as 2 mg. Due to the nature of buprenorphine's (suboxone's active ingrediant) long half life, consecutive doses over a few days will take even longer to clear the system.

However, this is a drug that should only be taken with a physician's prescription, so you may have an allergy to hydrocodone, the active ingredient in Vicodin. There's no telling what an allergy like this might cause. Yes, Vicodin is used to treat moderate to above moderate pain and ativan is used to treat anxiety. If your doctor prescribed both of them to you then he/she believes you need both. If you take both at the same time or even in the same 1-2 hours of each other I wouldn't recommend you operate any heavy machinery like a car unless you have taken them both before and know how you feel.

No there's no way neone can tell how many your taking a say unless a lab conducts a series OD test that produce your levels of medication in your symptoms.But there's no way someone can say your taking 2 or 10 a day from a simple drug test.

Motrin 800 is what they call an (nsaid) meaning nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug for pain reliever, fever reducer. Motrin is not a non-narcotioc drug. Vicodin is a narcotic, and can be habit forming. You must have a script for vicodin, but not for motrin.

i'm on alot of different meds i also take my vicodin 4 times a day all the level were good except for the vicodin they told me it was to low....how does this happen

Generally, no. You would tell your probation officer so they could document what you are taking. If a drug test comes up positive and the prescription drug can explain it then the positive result will be disregarded. Now that said, if you are on probation for abusing or selling prescription drugs, I imagine the court could/would require you to report any prescriptions you obtain before you fill them or take any of the drug, and if it an abusable drug the judge might require a statement from your doctor explaining the drug's necessity. This is just a guess on my part but it seems likely.
