So the leukocytosis seen in a leukemoid reaction ir infection will present with normal or elevated LAP, because the neutrophils are normal, while in CML, the leukocytosis is full of immature neutrophils.

The difference between antibodies and vaccines are;
1. Antibodies are micro organisms in our body for our defense. Vaccines are diluted living or dead antigens.
2. Antibodies are natural. Vaccines are artificial,
3. Antibodies kill the bacteria, viruses and toxic substances in our body. Vaccines does not kill but it actually activates the antibodies in our body.
That is indicative of a possibly serious infection. I had something very similar happen after a routine knee surgery and I blew it off for a week - if I had waited another few days I would have waited, and been 39, forever.
Get it looked at IMMEDIATELY. If it is nothing then you will still get well. If it is staph or worse, it could become systematic sepsis which could kill you. What you are describing are the symptoms of the beginnings of a joint or bone infection that could be incredibly dangerous. Please let caution be your watch word and get to a doctor ASAP !
