You didn't mentioned your age so I'll cover what I can in age groups. This can happen to people under stress or people that are into sports. It can be a poor diet. Anorexics or Bulimics (not accusing you here) also can have problems with their periods, or it could be the start of perimenopause. Women can go into perimenopause (just before menopause starts ... no periods) as young as 35 and a few cases of women that were younger. Even a shock to the body such as getting Chicken Pox as an adult can bring on perimenopause symptoms. It's best to see your doctor for a good physical as it will clear the air and make you feel much better. Symptoms for perimenopause are hot flashes, night sweats (where you wake up soaking wet), missed periods, moodiness, feelings of uselessness at times, depression and insomnia and vivid dreams. It's nothing to fear and quite normal as the body's hormones are changing. Your doctor can advise you as to how to eleviate some of these troublesome symptoms, but if you can, try going through this the natural way if you should be starting into perimenopause. Good luck Marcy

Can a hot bath kill a zygote or blastocyst?
a hot bath can indeed seriously affect a developing baby.
An increase in the temperature will in turn heat the fluid in the amniotic sac thus affecting the baby. And while you can sweat out the excess heat, your baby cannot. The temperature of the water will automatically raise the core temperature of your body causing dehydration and overheating. Not only will this extra heat damage the developing cells of the baby but it will also prevent the oxygen from reaching the embryo. Along with that it will increase the heart rate and reduce the blood flow to the fetus thus stressing out the baby. The serious threat of this is that it might lead to malformations or birth defects in the baby and could also bring about miscarriages.
YES i think you might be go take a pregnancy test or go see a doctor and find out it could also be caused if you have irregular periods or stress or diet or age though

Does Pineapple aid implantation?
Pineapple is supposed to have an ingredient that helps thicken the uterine lining. There are various threads on the Internet regarding eating pineapple, but nothing really specific about how much or how it is prepared. One user did, however, comment that it is acidic and when she ate too much of a good thing, her mouth was sore for a week.
[zmandel] I know that pineapple contains the enzime Bromelain (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bromelain) , which can act as a blood thinner. Another blood thinner, Aspirin, is used in fertility treatments (http://www.sharedjourney.com/articles/aspirin.html) to improve circulation. This may increase blood suply to the necessary areas the body needs for implantation.
Regarding bromelain, it is mostly on the stem of the pineapple. Canned pineapple has no bromelain because it has been heated, so the fruit has to be eaten fresh.
Another note: Must be eaten with empty stomach, otherwise the bromelain is not absorbed by the blood, and instead, being an enzime, will aid to digest the food in your stomach. [/zmandel]

What is the color of implantation blood?
Hi There, I am wondering the answer to the same thing. I have just experienced some spotting and on the first 2 days it was a brownish red hardly enough to be classified as menses but on the third day when I wiped it was a red colour but when dried it looked reddish brown, however I do think it is implanation as my period was not due for 5 days when the spotting started. It doesn't make sense for the period to reduce to 22 day cycle when it was 27. The only possibility of this could be the herbal supplements I am on being too effective and reducing my cycle length. What other symptoms do you have? When did the bleeding start? implantation usually occurs after about a week of ovulation...
