EVP stands for "Electronic Voice Phenomena". It is the process of recording audio on analog or digital recorders and hearing unexplained voices and sounds on playback. Often the sounds are quite low in volume and require some careful listening to even hear them. EVP enthusiasts classify their recordings from Class A to Class D. The Class A recordings are quite clear and understandable by most anyone. At the other end of the spectrum, Class D recordings are almost unintelligble to all but the most experienced EVP investigators. It is often claimed that it takes time to be able to hear the less obvious EVP recordings. The earliest EVP recordings were probably recorded in the late 19th century. It is unclear who first might have heard these sounds. Dr. Konstantin Raudive caused a clamor in Europe and later in England and the Americas when his book "Breakthrough!" was published in the late 20th century in English. Later EVP investigators included Raymond Bayless and D. Scott Rogo, who became famous for their studies of "telephone calls from the dead" and published a book by that name in the early 1970s. EVP should not be confused with Instrumental TransCommuncation (ITC). ITC is a general term for audio and video heard and/or seen in real-time with no playback required. Modern EVP uses computer and software technology to produce random noise of various kinds to enhance the recorded sounds. Similar techniques in ITC, leading to some of the confusion between the two. Skeptics claim that EVP (and ITC as well) is caused solely by paradolia, the human ability to find patterns in randomness. While this argument is convincing for EVP and audio ITC it is less convincing when applied to video ITC phenomena. The low levels, difficulty in hearing most EVP recordings and potential for misinterpretation suggests that the skeptical position is likely correct in many cases. Most EVP proponents would of course disagree.

The dll file could actually be the cause of you getting the downloader virus. First focus on deleting the dll file and then you can run a virus program to eliminate any other viruses on your computer. First find out what processes that dll file has attached itself to. Go to run and enter procexp. When that pops up go to find dll or handle and enter your dll file name. It will specify which processes it has attached itself. If it's not a vital process then you can kill the process and subsequently delete that dll file. If it's attached to the winlogon.exe or explorer processes then here are a few more steps. Right click on each process seperately and go to properties. Under threads you will need to right click and kill each instance of the dll. You will also need to do this with any handles listed. I had to suspend the winlogon handle. Then you should be able to delete that dll. If it's protected and you can't delete it. Move the file to another folder... I moved it to a new folder in My Documents. Then reboot and you should be able to delete that file. Good luck...

Well, I would say online is a office where people doesn't gets up or brush his teeth to get ready for office instead of it , they switch their PC/Laptop on and start working over it virtually.

You can either send a nasty letter to Norton (which won't get you anywhere :/), or you can install other antivirus software (after, of course, uninstalling Norton). If you chose to install different antivirus software, I would recommend Microsoft Security Essentials which in my opinion is the best antivirus software out there. It is completely free. It doesn't slow down your system, or anything like other antivirus software do. I barely notice that I have it except when every once in a while it asks me to scan my computer (which is a good thing). If you don't want to download that, there is also AVG Free. It isn't nearly as good, it has advertisements, and it slows down your computer, but I like it way better than Norton.

Hopefully this helps, sorry that I don't know a way to stop Norton from doing that.

What are your credentials that allow you to make such a claim? Do you have any screen images to show? Windows creates a report every time somethings wrong - can you let us see it? No?

I have been using TelevisionFanatic toolbar for the last 2 yrs, on three pcs. My pcs are all set to block anything even resembling a bug. I use Microsoft Essentials Live for all my machines, it is scheduled to for maintenance every morning at 2am while I am sleeping. Never a problem that was ever linked to TelevionFanatic's Toolbar. Oh, and I should also say that I really do not software companies that make you install a toolbar - most of them are trash.

Trolling is when you are over-sarcastic or just plain mean on someone's suggestion. Most forums do not allow trolling and frequently say don't feed the trolls which means don't keep trolling the troll or both of you will be in trouble.

It can be good for some environments. For instance, if their is a boring, plain and dull place then Graffiti can often make it look a lot more colourful and attractive. However it's not always good as it can wreck places and cost a lot of money to remove. Also, some people often do rude and inappropriate Graffiti.
