It depends on what type of iPod you have. If the screen is frozen , on the iPod touch you need to hold down the "hold" button and the "home button" until the screen turns black and or the grey screen shows up with the apple icon. With any other iPod you have to hold in the "menu" and center buttons until the same screen shows up.

The only time I can imagine they'd charge for the iPod Touch is if you bought something off the internet via iPod Touch, but the charges wouldn't go towards the iPod Touch, only your credit card, banking account, or whatever you used to purchase with.

I am a zune owner, first you need to download the program. Yo mite still have the old program which won't work. Just go to zune.net and download it. This program is TERRIBLE and has sooo many syncing problems but you have to use it. If you have music on your zune plug your zune it using your usb cable. The only way the App Store could not be on your iPod Touch is if you have a jailbroken iPod and it was deleted. The App Store is an app that cannot be deleted on a non-jailbroken iPod Touch. Restoring the iPod Touch should fix that. You will loose your jailbreak by restoring however.

Other websites such as facebook and myspace allows the community to post potentially harmful videos on there system. But youtube is protected so that you don't pick anything up from its videos.
