Why is TOD flashing on your Isuzu Axiom?
If you read your owner's manual, it will tell you that TOD will flash when either you have selected TOD mode for your 4WD and it is in progress of shifting or if there is a problem with your TOD system. If you do not have TOD selected or if it remains flashing for more than a few seconds, see your local Isuzu repair facility to have them troubleshoot the problem for you.

You will need a 10mm wrench to loosen the clamp and a pair of pliers to remove the spring clamps. How do you Replace Isuzu axiom 2002 rear center brake bulb?
Simply raise the rear hatch of the vehicle, grab the panel that clips into the metal section of the hatch and carefully but firmly pull it towards you. This will give you direst access to the assembly. Then remove the two Philips head screws that hold the rear brake light assembly in and carefully pull it out. Then turn the two black rubber light bulb holders a quarter turn and pull them out of the assembly. Replace the two bulbs that will cost you about $4.00 and reassemble in reverse order. This will take less than ten minutes.

Removal Procedure
- Disconnect the negative battery cable.
- Locate the four oxygen sensors.
- Bank 1 sensor 1 is mounted on the exhaust pipe ahead of the right-hand catalytic converter.
- Bank 1 sensor 2 is mounted behind the right-hand catalytic converter.
- Bank 2 sensor 1 is mounted on the exhaust pipe ahead of the left-hand catalytic converter.
- Bank 2 sensor 2 is mounted behind the left-hand catalytic converter.
- Disconnect the pigtail from the wiring harness.
- Remove the sensor from the exhaust pipe.
- Because of the expansion and contraction of the metal in the exhaust system over time, this may be difficult if the engine temperature is below 48 °C (120 °F) .
Installation Procedure
Important:
- There is a special anti-seize compound on the HO2S threads. This compound consists of glass beads suspended in a liquid graphite solution. The graphite burns away with engine heat, but the glass beads will remain, making the sensor easier to remove.
- New or service sensors will already have the compound applied to the threads. If a sensor is removed and is to be reinstalled for any reason, the threads must have anti-seize compound applied.
- Apply anti-seize compound or the equivalent to the threads of the oxygen sensor, if necessary.
- Install the oxygen sensor on the exhaust pipe in its original position. Tighten Tighten the oxygen sensor to 55 N-m (40 lb ft.) .
- Connect the pigtail to the wiring harness.
- Connect the negative battery cable.

there is a screw behind ash tray and two above radio and three at top .To access top screws carefuly pry cover off where the security light is.This will release the bezel.In order to replace you will need to do a relocation of the factoryradio due to ac controls.In mine i made a custom panel to house only ac cont. below ash trey.looks great and clean but alot of work.Should be done by profesional only.veiw or contact me @ ncsoundsandsecurity.com.Hope this helps

How do you replace the brake light bulb on a 2002 Isuzu axiom?
To replace the rear taillamp bulb in an 2002 Isuzu Axioum:
1. Open the rear tailgate.
2. Remove the two screws that hold the tail lense asembly in place.
3. Now there are two pins that hold the lamp in place you must use a screwdriver or other flat device and lightly pry the lense out to the right or left of the vehicle depending on which side your are working on. If you pull back it will not come out as you are putting pressure against the pins it must be pulled toward the side that the vehicle you are trying to remove the lense on.

Good Luck I called three dealers and none knew how to do it. I finally figured it out with a flash light and looking in to see what was holding it.
You're making this way too complicated. All you have to do is take the screws out, hold onto the housing with one hand, stoop down a little and give the flat side of the housing - 90 degrees to where the screws were, a little bit of a bop straight toward the outside of the car with the bottom of your palm or side of your fist and the plastic clamps, in the light housing, pop off the posts(called pins above). It needs to be a firm little pop, not a Chuck Norris karate chop. The posts have a little lip on the end that the plastic clamps have to be forced over. If you pry on the light housing your going to scratch or break something. A little chop to the inside of the light housing pops the plastic clamps off the posts and the housing is free. After you get it off and look at it, it will all become clear to you. To put it back simply place the plastic clamps over the end of the posts while holding the housing in place, and, more gently than the removal, pop the clamps back over the posts with the side of your hand and put the screws back in.
