When you are asked about you career goals or future plans during an interview, you should mention the job you are applying for and the company. This is a way for prospective employers to see if you plan to move on to a different job soon. Answering with something about growing with a company would be a good answer.

Interviewers will see that you haven't had any previous employment, so probably won't ask you. If you do need to answer though, talk not necessarily about employment, but different tasks or responsibilities you've taken on and experience you've had in the field you're applying for. They're looking for a responsible person who knows what they're doing. Give them an answer that reflects that.

A zener diode is like a regular diode when connected in forward bias which means it will control the flow of the electricity throughout the circuit. Usually you'd find a zener diode in a reverse bias mode because of its purpose which is it has a breakdown voltage value of 5.6v; this shows that the circuit output voltage will be regulated at the same value of 5.6v. It also has the ability to change its own internal resistance based current flow passing through it helping sustain a fixed voltage of 5.6v. The benefits of a zener diode are that it is a less cost effective voltage regulator, its simplicity is based on the fact it's a diode with two overall purposes. The main purpose of a zener diode is to maintain a fixed voltage; in order for this to happen it must lower or raise its resistance depending on the actual current flowing throughout the circuit. If the current increases the zener diode will raise the resistance in order to maintain the fixed voltage. If the resistance lowers the diode will raise it because the fixed voltage should be at 5.6v, and works in reversed biased.

There are a number of reasons why someone might choose a particular subject. A person is usually interested in learning more about the subject that they choose.

If you are in the position where you think you are about to be terminated, find a few people whom you can use as a reference later on, possibly including the employer him/her self. It's quite rare that an employer will refuse to give a former employee (even one who's been terminated) a decent reference (especially in this day and age of litigation). So if you can arrange that you and the employer will say something to the effect that it was "mutually agreed to end the employment relationship" you do not have to say that you were ever terminated. (You can also have the employer's reference checked through reference checking services to ensure s/he is giving you a fair reference. Since a bad reference can kill your job opportunities, it might be well worth your money to do this.) If you are terminated, however, and your employer refuses to give you a reference of any kind, and you did not secure references from others in the organization, then, at least, call it termination, not firing. It sounds much less unfavorable. Second, unless you offer up the information, or the potential employer is really grilling you on your employment history, there are various ways to talk around how your employment ended. Sometimes, it's sufficient to say that there was not a good fit between you and the organization; if there was turmoil in the organization, you can remark that the company was going through difficult times. In no case should you make a negative remark about the company or the former employer. If the termination resulted in a gap in your work history, you can say that you are being careful in selecting your next job because you want it to be the right one. Always be gracious and objective in your comments. Finally, if you're asked flat out whether or not you were fired, don't deny it. Use the language of termination, admit that it happened, offer up your story as briefly, fairly and openly as possible, emphasize how much you learned from the incident, and that it will never happen again. A situation that I participated in that required teamwork was during the recent holidays. As part of my sub-division's Christmas decorating team, I was tasked with getting donations for lights and supplies. Along with 12 other members, we worked diligently to secure donations from neighbors and local businesses. We also wanted to place a large Christmas tree at the entrance of the sub-division. As a team, we were successful in meeting all our goals and aspirations. This included enough donations for the tree, decorations, and lighting, as well as additional donations for local charities and toy drives.

Never show you're annoyed, regardless of how unreasonable they might be. Never be defensive. Pacify them. Be kind and nice and understanding. Remember they are paying your wages. Without customers you wouldn't have a job. Tell them you understand their concerns and ask what they'd like you to do for them in order to make them feel better. Remember the famous saying: sincerity is the key; once you can fake that you can achieve anything. Don't let them go away mad. Make a decision to give them something for free if necessary, even if you are worried you'll get into trouble for doing so. The customer is always right, because it's the customer who's keeping you in your job. And happy customers go away smiling, but upset customers go away and tell all their friends what rotten people you and your employers are. Once they've gone away happy, you can go out the back and scream for a while.
