As a matter of fact the same had been appreciated a great deal by my entire team, including my project manager, who in front of the entire team and senior management praised me for my support and dedication towards the job. I personally feel that i am a very good team player and have the capability to lead the team as a single cohesive unit." As one can see above, the answer is based upon my actual experience at the job and strikes more of an emotional chord, which is very necessary when answering these kind of questions.
