When i feel dissappointed i usually go do something i like. but usually it depends on what im dissapointed in. For example if im dissapointed in myself. i usually try again for whatever i dissapointed myself for. If it was not getting a date with someone. I'll try again for something better. If i get a date with someone better. It makes me feel like it wasn't my fault for getting one the first time. Now if i was dissapointed in someone else. id have a talk with that person or if they won't talk to you then they have bigger problems. Usually doing something i love to do helps me get over my dissapointment.
Disappointment is nothing more than expectations not meeting your demands. I had to understand why I had such a high expectation level. Once I did understand this, I no-longer became disappointed and anything positive that cam about was a plus. If you don't expect it, it becomes a plus.

When attending a free job fair, one should always dress professionally and respectably. One should also bring a pen, contact information (best in the form of a business card), resumes, and some form of calendar or PDA.
There are many way you could describe your work responsibilities and experiences. You could say that your past experiences relate to the job you are applying for because they both required something specific from you.

Some suggestions on how to accept criticism:
1. Listen carefully. Repreat the criticism in your own words so that you and your partner are sure about the nature of the conflict.
2. Try to see yourself as others see you. This change in perspective may show you something about yourself you didn't realize perviously.
3. Don't assume criticism in an assault on your behavior. Much critisism is intended to be constructive, but if we overreact neagatively, good discussion doesn't result from it.

What Relation between manager and employee?
The manager relationship with workers should definatly NOT be sexual or of any harrasment. The manager should have a professional relationship with the workers. The manager should respect the workers and inturn expect respect from the workers. The manager and workers should be loyal to each other and be able to communicate information without feeling scared or intimidated. The manager and worker relation should be one that effectively completes the job with the least amount of conflicts. If there is any sort of relationship issue between the manager and the workers then it should be solved as quickly as possible. If the relationship issue cannot be solved, the worker must quit or to try and replace the manager.

Because I have the right experience and skills to do this. Be specific about your skills and successful experience and about why they're such a perfect fit for this job. AnswerNEVER STAPLE UNLESS SPECIFICALLY ASKED TO DO SO! The reason you should never staple your resume is that is not professional. Multiple papers get stapled by teachers so kiddies don't loose em'. Plus, it's hard to forward copies to any other people in the hiring process if you have to separate the pages to copy them- which most do by pulling them apart, thus ripping your resume, and causing a jam with the top loading document feeder on most copy machines.How do you answer if they asked to tell about yourself?
Just talk about yourself a bit, but keep it very brief. Try to think of some hobbies that you do that can complement you as a candidate. For example, you might be into fixing up cars, so you can talk about being able to think through problems and come up with effective solutions. They love all of that stuff.
How would you handle irritate customer?
To handle an irrate customer you first have to be patient and let them explain their side. Make sure you you give your full undivided attention. I found the method, let them talk until they are waiting for your response helpful. When you have an opportunity to talk to the customer make sure you acknowledge there frustration and let them know where you stand(how much power you have to help them solve their problem). For example, you may not have the last decision to bend a certain rule. A customer will appreciate that because the situation can escalate more if they realize you made them explain this long story and you can't help them. Once you fully understand the customer's situation explain to them your policy so they hava an understanding from your company side. Last, you try to solve the situation or direct them to the approriate person they can get their final answer from.
