I am unaware of any place you may be able to download the information you need, as John Deere keeps this information wrapped up pretty tightly and is only available to employess of John Deere. My suggestion to you is to contact your local JD dealer, and they can help you find the information you need, free of charge. They should even be able to fax the diagram out to you if necessary. If you know of a tech who works for JD, perhaps ask him/her to print out the information from his/her service advisor program. Another way you can get all the diagrams you want would be to purchase the entire Technical manual from you local JD dealer. The manual shouldn't be much more than $100-$150 and provides all the diagnostics and test operations available for your tractor. Hopefully this helps!

We had the same problem with ours. We tried a few things. We cleaned the battery posts to make sure there was a good connection. Then we reconnected the safety wire underneath the seat. It's the one that kills the engine if you fall off. My father preferred to drive without it, and had no problems for quite a while. Then, for no apparent reason, it would die when he tried to take off. Reconnecting the seat wire seemed to take care of the problem.

There likely isn't one since the AMSOIL EaBP90 filters smaller particles, holds more particles, lasts longer, and flows better than the Purolator. Apples and oranges.

This is probably the large spring that tensions the idler pulley assembly for the main drive belt (the belt that runs whenever the engine is operating and runs between the upper engine pulley and the pulley on the transmission. It hooks on the idler pully assembly on the left side of the mower and then on a vertical bracket toward the front of the mower. You'll need a big screwdriver to get it back on. Put a socket wrench on one of the idler pulleys and pivot the entire idler assembly to release tension on the belt so you can snap the spring back in place with the screwdriver.
