Stay up as late as you want as long as you get 7-8 hours of sleep regularly. If you are consistantly getting less than 7 hours sleep, it can wear down the body and hinder the bodies ability to heal and grow.

There is none. Most labs cannot get a good reading if the urine sample is very diluted and will know this is the reason. At best it would require submitting another sample to be tested. At my Uncles Company in Las Vegas, he uses a hair test that goes back 6 years. Its very expensive to run that type. Most company's use hair test that go back 6 months to 1 year. Just depends how much the company is willing to pay.
