Are drug testing kits available to us in Canada?

What does it feel like when you inject heroine?
First you feel a rush, one that's like a thousand orgasms over your whole body that last about 10 minutes. After this, I'll usually get really talkative, euphoric etc. - you feel like a God. After this comes the "nod" stage, where you tend to nod in and out of consciousness, in a euphoric dreamy state. The whole experience lasts about 3-4 hours. Basically, it feels really really good, though I'd never suggest it to anyone. An equally good question for you to ask is "What does heroin withdrawal feel like?"... The answer is "Not good".
What is cast that shows up in a urinalysis?
Cast' describes the shape of aggregated particulates in urine rather than a particular substance, thus a modifier is necessary to describe the actual composition of the cast. 'Cast' simply describes a cylindrically shaped aggregation of some particulate that forms in the distal convoluted tubule or distal nephron via precipitation of a mucoprotein secreted by tubule cells (Tamm-Horsfall protein) or, in proteinuria and to a lesser extent, albumin. Cast formation is pronounced in environments favoring protein denaturation and precipitation (low flow, concentrated salts, low pH). Unfortunately, Tamm-Horsfall protein is particularly susceptible to precipitation in these conditions. When present on microscopic evaluation during urinalysis, urinary casts hold significance as diagnostic and prognostic indicators of kidney disease. As reflected in their cylindrical form, casts are generated in the small tubules and collecting ducts of the kidney, and generally maintain their shape and composition as they pass the lower conveyances of the urinary system. Although the commonest forms are benign, other forms are indicative of a pathologic state. All rely on the inclusion or adhesion of various elements on a mucoprotein base - the hyaline cast.

What does high GFR 132.4 and low creatinine 0.5 mean?
I'm sure some MDs might happen upon this question, but rather than run the risk of getting someone less qualified to make an educated guess I suggest you talk with your MD. He/she ordered your tests and will be happy to explain them. Both of those values indicate kidney function, but only your MD can asses your past and current medical history and come to a valid conclusion as to exactly how these values matter to you. To say they're good or bad lab values would be assessing the lab values and not you the patient.
