Someday, you will need that valuable knowledge and there won't be time to go look it up in a book. Learn it now - the rewards later are worth it.Don't bother cheating. You'll waste more time cheating than you will studying. It's actually easier to just remember the stuff than it is to work to make up tiny writing and watching to see if the teacher is looking while you read it and eating it when they get too close them not knowing the rest of the answers anyways.
I'm year 12 full IB student this year, and if you really need help... this isn't really cheating but it helps SOOO much... look up past exam papers! I've found out that over the past ten years there are certain topics that are focussed on, so I should learn them most, and there are some topics almost completely ignored or barely touched base upon! It's excellent!
Cheating might seem like an easy way to get a good grade, but in the long run, it will hurt you. You will not actually know the material, and when you need that material in a later test or class (or job), then you will not be able to do it.

Write some more of those. Next, you can open a blog. Say on Blogger, which is free. Set a schedule and write. Next, you can try to print some of your stuff - by sending texts to writing contests. A college course involving intensive writing may help.
Reading will also help your writing. Read about subjects you care about. Read for content and style. Another possible exercise is taking some piece of writing and rewriting it to your liking. Also, you can join a writing workshop.

Here are some ways to make learning more effective:
- set a specific time each day and treat it like a job
- make an assignment notebook so you won't lose assignments
- keep a big calendar and write all your due dates on it so you won't forget
- take good notes and study with them
- read the textbook and answer the study questions in it
- study for 15-20 minutes and then take a very short break to stretch or get a small snack before you get back to studying
