How can a 17 year old get emancipated in ny state i have a bf my parents disapprove of and in July i can see him because the restrainging order is upill be 18 this year how can i move out legally?

usually at the age of 18 your legal so if your parents had the restraing order and it is up, and your legal than your able to see him. you should be able to move out at your legal age.what i advise is you to call the local police department and ask what is the legal age for a female in your state, however your parents may try to put another regstraing order on him and in some states after so many it can be picked up by the state and it could end up getting both of you in trouble so you would have to stay away from your parents, i don't advise it but i do know how love is, and if your willing to be with him and him with you, than be committed because you may just have each other. I do sugest to know puppy love, and lust from real true love.
