Can a bank repossess a car if taken to dealer for repair?
A dealer will never repossess, UNLESS they are also the financier. most dealerships sell the loan to a bank, whom you make payment to... this bank will be the "reposseser". Now, that's not to say that the bank will not notify local dealers to be on the lookout for a car they are actively chasing to repossess, but most of the time they will just come to your residence to serve the repo. I have never heard of a dealership doing so, because most banks have folks that can get your car by other means if they want it back bad enough.
Absolutely! The insurance company should be sending the lien holder a copy of your policy and if you are not providing full coverage they will either repossess the car or purchase Lender's Single Interest Insurance (very expensive policies) and add the premium to your loan.

file papers with dmv to see if it was done wrong and if so the dmv will void the original title and issue the bank another title with there name as lien holder then sell the car

If the bank for some reason widraws money without your consent it has to be for a powerful reason (trouble with the law) they need an authorization paper from the court to widraw that money and later they would have to freeze it so that you can't use the account, that is normally in the US I don't know the procedure on an international country and it depends on what type of bank you are. I would need more info.
How is the title issue handled on a legal repo?
illegally repossessed??? Sounds more like dumbly sold. You should call a local attorney for state spectic advice. The seller should either be listed on the title as LEINHOLDER OR have a perfected security interest(UCC filing). If neither of these, things get shaky. Maybe that's why the seller wants the title back so badly. Call an attorney.

As a general contractor do subcontractor injuries affect the EMR of the General Contractor?
No. They will not affet the GC because they are two different entities. This method of rating is also similar to the OSHA Recordables and 300 Log. A GC will not report accidents on his/her report for an accident that occured to a subcontractor. This is of course limited if the incident involves multiple parties, then it could have an affect. The easiest way to tell is if the GC has to file a claim or not.
