yes, the computer is located in the trunk on the underside of the package shelf
you probably need to replace the air bags on your suspension. from the factory,this system is just designed to last about seven years. the bad thing is if your pump is still working,it wont be for much longer. the pump is not made to operate for long periods of time.if you need parts, you can go to www.strutmasters.com or www.arnottindustries.com. installation is not difficult- but please to avoid injury, rtfd (read the f$#^!n directions) good luck

From inside the engine bay, there is a directional aiming screw on the outward edge and one on the lower edge. The lights should NOT be adjusted without the lamp aiming tool.
Any haynes manual will tell you the easy steps on this. Its something like being 25 feet from a wall and turning the adjustment screws. Autozone has these manuals for like $20

If you are looking at the engine while standing in front of the grill. The starter is located at the rear of the engine on the passenger side. You can see the the starter if you lift the jack up the front passenger wheel and look under the engine. It is easy to access if you have about 2.5 feet of socket extensions and a ratchet. You really shouldn't mess with it. (WHY?) because, the LSC was at the top of the technological heap at that time. The car was designed, front to rear, using one on-board computer. The radio is tied to the security system, anti-thieft system is linked to the suspension and ABS as well as the auto-on/off at twilight and auto high beam dim for on coming traffic, and it goes on and on and on...
If you lost or forgot your door code. Lincoln put small 1/2 X 2 in. reflective stickers around your vehicle in 4-5 places, for example on mine I found the first one under the trunk lid near the back glass, inside, damn near have to be on your back with your head up to the rear seat, feet hanging out of the trunk. Or contact/go down to Lincoln with your keys and title they will give the code, most are free as a courtesy. Mine was 89338-3(passanger-door lock) 89338-5(trunk)89338-3-5 both.
