no. air soft guns are only legal in 5 states. not sure which ones but not mIchigan.

Actually airsoft guns are legal in Michigan and most other states. There are five states where they are limited. Certain cities in certain states have banned them, so some online stores will not ship to certain cities. I believe Washington DC is one of them. The only criteria to buy them is you have to be 18 to buy but can be any age to own. Another rule is that the gun must have an orange blaze tip when sold. Same age rules as a bb gun.

Why are some elements stable on their own while others are more stable in compound?

Some elements are stable on their own because they have a complete outer energy level. These elements are called noble gases. Hydrogen and Helium have a complete energy level with two electrons and all of the other elements are stable with eight. When an element doesn't have a complete outer energy level it is stable in a compound. This is because it is being combined with another element to complete it's energy level.

Yes, because a witness probably told him, and if someone saw it happen they can

Anotehr reason would be reasonable suspicion; an officer does not need to see you robbing a bank if he knows it happened and you are speeding away.

Yes, there is a noise ordinance for animal noises. The law reads, "Animals and Birds..." which is odd since birds are animals. Anyway, if someone complains the owner can be fined. I think the fine range is between $50 and $500, and two complaints can send you to court.
