First, talk with the client about procedure and regulations you will be following.
Have the client fill out a form of consent for the tattoo for legal reasons. You will need
to see their picture ID, and if they are under 18, you need to see birth certificate and an ID of the Client, as well as the parent, or legal documentation stating the client is emancipated, and an ID.
Talk with the client about the Design they want, and if it's going to look horrible, don't be afraid to make a suggestion. Try not to judge or impose your ideals on the customer, you wont make any money, and you will lose clientele.
After you get an understanding of what the customer wants, you will need to make a sketch of what they want, and have them approve. If the sketch is approved you will then
draw an outline, and place it on transfer paper. The transfer is applied to the skin with a tattoo goo, and then you start to tattoo.

As far as shop stuff goes. You need to keep the shop clean, keep all consent forms on file, and keep internments and tools clean. The chairs need to be wiped down before and after each client. Guns need to be auto-claved, and needles and ink caps need to be disposed of properly. Gloves need to be changed before and after the tattoo. As well as during clean up, and if you touch anything, gloves MUST BE CHANGED. Hands do need to be washed even if you are wearing gloves. Health Department guidelines have to be followed, or you can get your tattoo license taken away.

ive tried to color alot of manga drawings ive done and it takes ALONG time. The reason why they do no color in the manga is because it wastes money, time, and there would be all that shading and detail for the color. In like animes i always think, do they hand draw it? or use program on computers?

If you mean shoujo then: The term shoujo literally means [young] girl in Japanese. Its used to describe manga/anime marketed to a female audience roughly between the ages of 10 and 18. Since its rather an indicator of a target demographic, than a style of genre per se, its difficult to point main subject, narrative, or a graphic style, that would be exclusive for this type of the stories.
