When were Hopkins and Allen Firearms in business?
1868-1917 Founded in 1868 and went out of business in 1917.
Aggregate planning in manufacturing is planning so that you allocate the right amount of resources for every process of the manufacturing so that time will be minimized when in IDLE mode. For services, aggregate planning serves to schedule your employees and it varies as to what particular season you are in.
Moreover aggregate planning for services (as oppose to manufacturing) implies: 1. Most services cannot be inventoried 2. Demand for services is difficult to predict 3. Capacity is also difficult to predict 4. Service capacity must be provided at the appropriate place and time 5. Labor is usually the most constraining resource for services
Quality Control is generally recognized as the form of "control" that is based on inspection with the "quality police" making the quality.
This is the forerunner of quality assurance where one should build a system that aims to remove the need for inspection by removing the possibilities for error.
Prevention rather that detection
What is purchasing and materials management basics?

Accounting in a manufacturing environment involving tracking, measuring, and recording costs from production and distribution.
What was the first product produced on an assembly line?
The Ford Model Truck Created by the Ford Motor Company after the Failure of the Henery Ford Company. -Glad to Help, Nick-
I, too, have a .32 IJ 1900, and, as such, I have done a bit of research. They were produced in significant numbers in the early 20th century, primarily as cheap, reliable knock-around guns. Average price seems to be between US $50 and $150, depending significantly on condition. Good luck finding anything about serial numbers, though, if they are sequential, your's significantly outdates mine. My particular example was my great grandfather's, and he used it while on his tractor in case of coyote interference (I doubt that it was ever heavily used). Mine sat in a granary for at least 35 years, and, apart from a rusted spring, is still in working order.
What is the need for Quality Control?
Well in economics quality control is a form of protectionism. Nations would increase the level of quality control thus restricting cheap imports from entering their markets. For example the EU may increase the quality control standard for shoes and cheap(usually low quality) shoes from china will loose access to the EU market. IF your question is related to economics then try reading some articles under protectionism.

Where is the date of manufacturing on a J Stevens Arms Co single shot 12 gauge?
If the company name is marked exactly as you have written it, the gun was made between 1920 and 1948. The date will not be marked on the gun and it is probably not serialized so the exact year of manufacture cannot be determined.
Where are Husqvarna products manufactured?
Husqvarna products are all manfuactured in different places. Husqvarna doesn't make everything they put their name on.

Has Winchester gone out of business?
no The plant in Connecticut is for sale. Olin Industries will still own the name, so it may continue. Most of the Winchesters are made in Japan now.
It would have been manufactured in Belgium sometime between 1880 and 1914 and is worth between $50 and $200 depending on how well it looks over a fireplace. Don't try to shoot it unless it has been checked by a competent gunsmith and follow his recommendation for the proper ammunition because it can't use anything you will buy off the shelf at Walmart.
What age range and value might a Stevens model 820 B savage arms corp chicopee falls mass have?
Around $100 in average condition, judging by a few currently being offered on various gun auction websites.
I also own one and I can assume since it was pre- "Savage" it has to be before 1920 wjhen J Stevens was purchased; I continue to look as I have taken a six digit number frm the steel section inside of the fore piece for reference...
Diamond Arms was a trade name used on guns distributed by Shapleigh Hardware of St Louis Missouri. Vorisek's "Shotgun Markings" identifies 7 different makers, but a few can be eliminated as they furnished Shapleigh with only double barreled guns. If the gun is marked only "Diamond Arms Co" it could have been made by Harrington & Richardson (1872-1985), Hopkins & Allen (1898-1915), or J Stevens Arms (1920-1942). The "E" on the serial number indicate H&R manufacture in 1944, but I would not expect the "N" following it.
What year was the Iver Johnson Co Champion 12 gauge shotgun serial 59071XH made?
These guns, with two alpha digits at the end, indicate it was made between 1929 and 1939. Because it is an "XH," my guess is the late 30s.
I have a similar gun 12 g single with hammer style Western Arms Co,,,, from my grandfathers serial # JX 450 mmelancon12@cox.net email me
Are there different qualities of vinyl siding?
The quality of vinyl siding differs from one manufacturer to the other. Different grades of vinyl are used that differ in their thickness, durability, and colors. Thicker vinyl siding is pricier and said to be more durable than thinner siding. While shopping for siding, homeowners must do their homework thoroughly, weigh all their options, and choose cautiously because siding is a long-term investment and you certainly don't want to invest in a low-grade product. Compare several quotes from different contractors or installation companies and ask for pictures of work previously performed so you know exactly what you'll be getting in the end.
AnswerYes there are different qualities of vinyl siding. I am a vinyl siding installer and have been around different types and qualities of siding. You need to look for siding that isn't to ridged or to soft you siding should be able to flex depending on you leghths (12' 14' 24' 28') make sure that you color of choice goes all the way through to prevent fading of colors. simpily if it isn't the same color on the fromt as the back don't buy it. It will fade in a matter of a few years. Stay away from darker colors as they tend to fade more quickly, although there is new siding that is comming on the market that specializes in darker colors and isn't supposed to fade but I haven't worked with it yet so I can't really give you any advice on it yet. Hope this helps you out. AnswerI used SidingMatch.com to identify my vinyl siding so that I could puchase the correct material for needed repairs. My contractor spent weeks and many miles and could not find any supplier that could even identify the siding. for him. SidingMatch not only identified our siding they told us where to purchace it closest to our home.COMMENT
Thank you for you kind comments. SidingMatch.com can help when siding is in need of repairs- We would need a siding sample to identify /confirm the manufacture, series, profile and color and only then would we have all the information needed to look for remaining stock of a discontinued siding through out the U.S.
Using a Color Spectrophotometer your siding may have a similar color in your profile made by a different manufacturer. For these reasons and more we request a siding sample to start the identification and siding location process. Please visit www.sidingmatch.com to printout form and submit with your sample and report fees or call us at 888-936-8424 for more information. Chris Miller chris@sidingmatch.com
I have a 53D that was given to me by my grand father. He bought it brand new in '45. I can't be specific then that.
