If it hurts to take out, it is probably because it's too dry. So what I like to do is to just go to the bathroom (pull the string out of the way), with the tampon in. Then the tampon will get moist and it will be easier to slide out. It always works for me. :)

Yes, tampons can commonly increase menstrual cramps so if you keep experiencing this you may want to consider other options like pads or cups. Also if the tampon is too low down it may hurt as you sit or move about, so make sure the tampon is far enough in as this may be the cause of pain.

I assume that you mean your period, and the first period which is known as menarche. The average age of menarche is 13 years old, but anything from 10 years old to 16 years old is considered within the normal range. Everyone is different so will reach menarche at a different age, but if you don't reach menarche by 16 years old it's a good idea to talk to your doctor to make sure everything is okay.
You may have a infection of sort and the dischange is just mixing with your cycle however, wait and see if it is still happening after your cycle as it may just be nothing. When we are on our cycle it is a natural way to cleanse and may just be that - it has been known to happen. If you find that it is still happening without your cycle you should be checked for any bacterial infection (such as yeast) and have an STD test done as well.
