Thank them for their hard work as they leave for the day...write a note to them praising them for something specific that they did during the day...arrange for them to leave an hour early...if they are over 18, give them a lottery scratch ticket...walk by and smile and them and ask how they are doing--and listen!...give them free stuff (pens or other company give-aways if they are cool)...make sure you do their periodic reviews on time and have specifics to mention--good and bad--mentor them on how to do better...offer training that will increase their skills

There are many different opinions out there about this, but I personally have used shavings from other various narcotics and have had great luck doing so:) They test for the drug usually, not how you have metabolized it in your body, so if the drug you want to show up is put into some urine make sure it has been dissolved all the way and then mix it with the urine. Klonopin is a benzo, so yes it shows up on a standard 10 stick drug test. Don't know about the Soma though.

YES Oxycontin shows up as opiates on a drug test and methadone shows up as methadone. Methadone is a synthetic opiate that is why it shows up different than Oxycontin.

I can only share from personal experience having been there, done that for almost 10 years and now clean for around 18. The cravings for heroin are like no other and the only way is to have help from fellow addicts who've some years of clean living under the belt. What also helps is to have a non-addict who understands the problem and who could offer newer perspectives and alternatives. That said, try exercising or getting into a physical rehab situation. The endorphins released through that route often help the recovering addict remain drug free. Note that there is a point where the cravings do get bad. But if you can breast that hill the rest becomes easier. But you must use a combination of forces which include counseling, exercise, diet, music, learning something new and generally keeping busy with activities most of us had forgotten. I have shared based on the presumption that you may have been using for around 10 years and using the intravenous route. Hope I've helped.

About a week or more depending on your metabolism. Methadone is a very long-lasting drug and can be detected in your system by drug screening up to month after taking it, although this is with very high dosing and depends on the individual.
