Micronesia does not have a capital as it is not a country but more a general term for a geographical region(according to some dictionaries and encyclopedias). However, there is a capital of the "Federated States of Micronesia the political entity" which is in Palikir on the island state of Pohnpei.

Though for argument's sake, the word "Micronesia" itself can also mean the political entity as the FSM States were the only former TTPI members who decided to make the word "Micronesia" as part of it's new Constitutional Government's name. So, I will contradict myself and say that the capital of Micronesia is in Palikir on the island state of Pohnpei in the Federated States of Micronesia.

the answer is not that simple. There are 18 languages in Macronesia. they include Chuukese, Kapingamarangi, Kosraean, Mokilese, Mortlockese, Namonuito, Ngatik Men's Creole, Nguluwan, Nukuoro, Pááfang, Pingelapese, Pohnpeian, Puluwatese, Satawalese, Ulithian, Woleaian, Yapese, and English.

Micronesia is a large group of islands in the Pacific Ocean. Some parts of it are territories that belong to the United States- specifically, the Northern Marianas, Wake Island, and Guam. The Polynesian Islands are a loose group of atolls and islands in the south west Pacific: they are part of Oceania, which is not a continent, but a region.

The cuisine of Palau includes local foods such as cassava, taro, yam, potato, fish, and pork. Western cuisine is favored among young Palauans and the island's very small population is joined by a lot of foreign tourists. Restaurants on the main island of Koror consist mainly of Korean food, as well as Chinese, burgers, pizza, and pasta. Indigenous cuisine consists mainly of root vegetables, fish, pigs, and chicken.

Yap, one of the many islands in Micronesia was one of the first empires, with historical myths and tales of the creation of mankind in the land and island of Gagil, one of the central islands of Yap. The story includes that from Yap the rest of the world was inhabited thousands of years ago.

However in historical tomes between 300 and 1200 BC small groups of Polynesians (from Marquesas and Tahiti) discovered several islands of southeastern Micronesia. One group reached the Caroline islands and settled there, mixing with the local population. The first Europeans to again discover Micronesia was the Spanish fleet of Magellan, on the first circumnavigation of the world in 1521
