Well, when you eat you might throw up, but a lot of times eating (even though it sounds aweful) will make that sickness go away. The more constantly you eat (a small meal at least every 2 hours or so) the less this will happen, but there's always a chance that no matter what you eat, it will just come back up. Try different things until you find something you can keep down, and make sure you drink a lot of water so you don't get dehydrated.
