What temperatures will Polycarbonate tolerate?
Polycarbonate can generally tolerate temperatures ranging from -40°C to 120°C (-40°F to 248°F). It maintains its structural integrity and impact resistance within this range. However, prolonged exposure to temperatures above 120°C can lead to deformation and loss of mechanical properties. It's important to note that specific formulations may have slightly different temperature tolerances.

What does you have miles to go before you sleep mean?
This makes reference to a poem by Robert Frost called 'Stopping By Woods on a Snowy Evening', or something close to that.
The poem ends with:
The woods are lovely, dark and deep
But I have promises to keep
And miles to go before I sleep
And miles to go before I sleep
I am not certain of the punctuation. Sleep is a reference to death, and the speaker is reminded of death by looking into a dark snow filled woods. He is saying that there is something appealing about rest, but he has a lot more to do before he is finished with life.
This is from memory, so there will be some mistakes that have crept in over the years:
Whose woods these are I think I know.
His house is in the village though;
He will not see me standing here
To what his woods fill up with snow.
My little horse must think it queer
To stop without a farmhouse near
Between the woods and frozen lake
The darkest evening of the year.
He gives his harness bells a shake
To ask if there is some mistake.
The only other sound's the sweep
Of easy wind and downy flake.
The woods are lovely, dark and deep,
But I have promises to keep,
And miles to go before I sleep;
And miles to go before I sleep.
Originally, many people thought that Frost was writing about Santa at Christmas. That seems a naive interpretation today. The poem was written decades before the word queer took on its current alternate meaning.
What is your Schecter 'Jolly Roger' worth?
It is a very rare and high quality guitar . I would say now since you can hardly find them around $600 . But they may very well be worth more in the future since it was a very limited Schecter.
The blues were not 'discovered'. America was 'discovered'. The blues, evolved. Below is from Wikipedia. . .
"Blues is the name given to both a musical form and a music genre[1] that originated in African-American communities of primarily the Deep South of the United States at the end of the 19th century from spirituals, work songs, field hollers, shouts and chants, and rhymed simple narrative ballads.[2] The blues form, ubiquitous in jazz, rhythm and blues, and rock and roll is characterized by specific chord progressions, of which the twelve-bar blues chord progression is the most common. The blue notes that, for expressive purposes are sung or played flattened or gradually bent (minor 3rd to major 3rd) in relation to the pitch of the major scale, are also an important part of the sound.
The blues genre is based on the blues form but possesses other characteristics such as specific lyrics, bass lines and instruments. Blues can be subdivided into several subgenres ranging from country to urban blues that were more or less popular during different periods of the 20th century. Best known are the Delta, Piedmont, Jump and Chicago blues styles. World War II marked the transition from acoustic toelectric blues and the progressive opening of blues music to a wider audience. In the 1960s and 1970s, a hybrid form called blues-rockevolved.
The term "the blues" refers to the "blue devils", meaning melancholy and sadness; an early use of the term in this sense is found in George Colman's one-act farce Blue Devils(1798).[3] Though the use of the phrase in African-American music may be older, it has been attested to since 1912, when Hart Wand's "Dallas Blues" became the first copyrighted blues composition.[4][5] In lyrics the phrase is often used to describe a depressed mood.[6]. . . Where would you find the value of Victor talking machine records?
It would depend upon the condition of the recording for one thing and whether or not there were collectors for whatever music (or speech) is recorded in the grooves. Some rare recordings, say early jazz from the 1920s and 30s, can easily fetch $100 or more.
Unfortunately, these early shellac records were played with steel needles which took a heavy toll on them so very few, relatively speaking, have survived in mint condition
