Does supragenix CB-1 weight gain pills really work?
No. In 2013 they were forced by a watchdog agency (part of the BBB) to provide substantiation for their advertising claims or cease using them in their advertising. They ceased using them. Furthermore most branded weight loss/gain pills are scams and if any of the active ingredients are effective, they are available much more cheaply in a generic form. The only proven key to sustainable weight loss or gain is adjusting caloric intake and expenditure.

Where can you find nutritional information for Logan's Roadhouse Steak Restaurant?
This is the response I got from emailing Logan's through their website....
Thank you for contacting us about the nutritional information of the menu items served at Logan's Roadhouse. With the passing of the federal Healthcare Bill in March of 2010 a provision was created giving the Federal Drug Administration (FDA) the authority to create uniformed industry-wide guidelines for menu labeling of nutritional information.
It is our intent to provide our guests with nutritional information as set by the FDA when these guidelines are available. Because a timeline for a federal mandate has not yet been set, we are unable to provide a timeframe as to when our menu nutritional information will be available. We understand that this is a need that many of our guests have and it is our hope that these guidelines will be available in the near future. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
In the meantime, we do strive to maintain a broad menu of choices so that our guests can find the foods that they want and need. If you have any questions regarding food allergens in reference to our menu, we will be glad to provide you with this information. At this time we do have gluten-free, soy-free, dairy-free and egg-free menus available upon request and a Health Nut menu available at most locations. Please feel free to contact your local Logan's Roadhouse for specific menu options.

Seeds, especially pumpkin seeds, Brazil nuts, chia seeds, and almonds, are good sources of magnesium. Green leafy vegetables such as spinach are good sources of magnesium because the center of the chlorophyll molecule (which gives green vegetables their color) contains magnesium. Some legumes (beans and peas), and whole, unrefined grains are also good sources of magnesium. Refined grains are generally low in magnesium. When white flour is refined and processed, the magnesium-rich germ and bran are removed. Bread made from whole grain wheat flour provides more magnesium than bread made from white refined flour. Tap water can be a source of magnesium, but the amount varies according to the water supply. Water that naturally contains more minerals is described as "hard". "Hard" water contains more magnesium than "soft" water.
