How do conclude a starting paragraph?

By briefly mentioning the theme of your next paragraph. If I was talking about onions:

"Onions are foul tasting veggies that burn the eyes but there are two sides to every coin.." --- this would be the last statement of my paragraph. The next paragraph would start like this:

"The cultivation of onions has taken place for centuries in medicinal research and hormone replacement therapy, regardless of how bad they suck." -- There is a one-word tie between the first and second paragraphs - the conclusion is a blending of both.

Can you show me an example of paragraph by partition or analysis?

What you are talking about appears in English Language as the only way to break an idea down, is to break the idea down into elemental parts. For example, Four qualities that I look for in a pair of long johns are warmth, moisture handling ability, durability, and comfort. By comfort, I mean how the material feels next to my skin, and I have listed this quality last because it is the least important to me. I can put up with a little itching if the trade-off is an increase in warmth over softer, smoother material. Warmth is really my only reason for wearing long johns, so it goes without saying that this is number one on the list of qualities that they must possess; however, warmth is a relative condition, depending on the type of activity engaged in, so I have different standards in this area for long johns worn while ice fishing and those worn while cross country skiing or bicycling. Active wear must be lighter and more flexible and cannot have the bulk associated with the extra insulation of thicker materials used for more sedate applications. But common to all uses is the need for the underwear to insulate or "heat" when wet and/or to allow moisture to be transported from the skin to the outside of the garment so it might evaporate-regardless of whether the moisture is the result of perspiration or being rained on or dunked. Various technical synthetic fabrics all move the moisture away from the skin well and dry quickly, but none can insulate when wet the way that wool can. Like many people who are active out of doors during cold weather, I used to wear a layer of synthetic underwear next to my skin for its wicking or moisture moving ability and a layer of wool over that for its insulation properties. But now that may not be necessary since new techniques of milling and weaving wool can produce garments that both move moisture away from the skin and insulate when wet. And finally, since high-tech underwear-no matter what it is made out of-is not cheap, my remaining concern after all others have been met is durability. They've got to last. And while I am open to convincing by the makers of synthetics, the only long johns that I know which meet all of my criteria are made out of wool.
