The Women's March on Versailles, also known as The October March, The October Days, or simply The March on Versailles, was one of the earliest and most significant events of the French Revolution. The march symbolized a new balance of power that displaced the ancient privileged orders of the French nobility and favored the nation's common people, collectively termed the Third Estate. Really, one needs clarification. Burgundy is a region of France, and nowhere near Paris. If, on the other hand, you mean the hotel le Burgundy, then take the RER line B to Gare de l'Est, then metro line 8 direction Balard to Madeleine, which is 200 yards at most from the hotel. If that's too complicated, get off the train at Gare du Nord and take a taxi. You're staying at the Burgundy, you can afford it!
