How do you edit passport application form registered online?

You cannot legally edit a passport. That is the case for any country that issues passports recognized by the rest of the world.

Making changes to a passport is likely to be a criminal offence in the country in which it was issued and will render the passport useless for travel through any national border.

Is a passport required to fly into Mexico from the us?

If you're a Mexican citizen you need a Mexican passport with the appropiate expensive (and often hard to get) US visa inside in order to enter the USA legally. Is that what fly in means?

If you mean do you need your Mexican passport for domestic flights within the USA I think I read somewhere that non-US citizens do (I think US citizens can use photo ID such a driving license or Passport Card instead).

So if a Mexican is in the USA illegally I think they'll just have to travel by bus or train, or drive. Since if you do need your passport for domestic flights to check in someone may notice the passport doesn't have the correct visa in.

Mexicans can visit Britain or Ireland without a visa for up to 6 months though, and Schengen (most other EU states) for 3 months. So come here ;)

Actually, for travel inside the United States, some form of "official" government ID is all that is required. A Mexican (or other country's) passport certainly suffices, but so would a US State's Driver's license, U.S. "Green Card", etc. Hell, I've even seen a U.S. corporation's photo ID tag used in conjunction with a credit card to "prove" identity. Internal to the U.S., the question is not one's Immigration Status (unless, of course, you are applying for a job or public benefits), but of IDENTITY. That is, organizations are concerned with having you prove who you are, NOT that you have proper immigration status.

Do you need a VISA for going into Slovakia?

You need a passport. You might need a visa, depending on what country issued you the passport. Most Europeans or North Americans need no visa for short term visits for tourist purposes. Working permits/working visas are another story. You must check with a Slovakian Consulate about that.

Do you need a passport to enter Ireland from Scotland?

Éire is the Irish language name for Ireland. Officially, citizens of the UK or Ireland don't need a passport to enter Ireland from the UK, but all other nationalities do. But you need some form of ID to prove you are an Irish or British citizen, and the only form of ID generally accepted are a drivers license or a passport. The drivers license must be a UK or Irish license and you must have been born in the UK or Ireland. This is because the drivers license doesn't state your citizenship, only your place of birth. To use it as evidence of citizenship, you have to have been born in either the UK or Ireland. Technically, only those born in the UK before 1983 can use their license to travel, this is because UK law was changed in 1983 and anyone born after this date is not guaranteed to be a citizen.

In short, you may enter Ireland from the UK without a passport if:

  • You are a UK citizen, or
  • You are an Irish citizen, and
  • You are born in the UK before 1983 or in Ireland, and
  • You have a full UK or Irish drivers license
Anyone else needs a passport. If you needed a visa to enter the UK, you need a new Irish visa to enter Ireland.

How do you renew your German passport in Canada?

At most Consulates the renewal can be done by post or in person,

All you need is to do is contact the Consulate that is responsible for your location by phone or post, Request a form which will have all the instructions enclosed to complete your passport renewal.

UPDATE:

As of November 2007, you will need to visit the nearest consulate in person since you will need to provide fingerprints at the time of the renewal.

See the German Consulate website as http://www.germany.info/Vertretung/usa/en/04__Legal/02__Directory__Services/03__Passport/__Passport.html for all required documents etc.

- As of January 2010, the German Consulate in San Francisco, CA indicated that a temporary passport of up to one month in duration can be acquired via post if unable to report in person to the Consulate location. This would enable you to travel to Germany to acquire a regular passport.

- I confirmed my January 2010 entry (above) when, after assisting my German wife to acquire a temporary passport, we travelled to Germany in January, 2011. The personnel at the German Consulate in San Francisco were very helpful.

Which country passport is stronger in the world?

the American

Another view The US passport has some definite advantages, lower entry fees in many countries, travel to most countries with out trouble, easy Visa acceptance where they require visas. The down side: The USA is hated in a lot of countries. Some countries will refuse entrance or Visas. Canada My other passport. You pay Visa fees in a lot more countries but travel a lot more inconspicuous than US passport holders in a lot of countries. Many countries that don't allow US passport holders are easy to get Visas for Canadians. These countries do not carry your US passport in even hidden your luggage!

Another Answer

The British passport will allow visa-free entry to more countries than any other, bar (I think) Iceland, making it the second-most prestigious passport in the world.

What are the requirements for a Mexican citizen to travel to Peru?

A US-Passport, and if you just planning to stay below 90 days you should be fine. But after that period of time you might need to leave Peru, or apply for a visa. If your planning to work or reside you might need to have an special job qualifications, if not you might be deported and the Peruvian officers might take you to the border with Chile, or Ecuador and leave you there till you get all your documents in order. You have a wonderful time there.

Do you need a passport for domestic flights in Bangladesh?

Not yet. On January 22, 2018, people from nine states (Kentucky, Maine, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Washington) that do not meet requirements of the REAL ID Act will not be able to use their drivers licenses as ID to fly. Acceptable IDs include passports, green cards and military IDs.

The states are working on compliance so the list should change. It can take over a month to get a passport, so if you fly and you live in one of the listed states - plan ahead.
