Yes, you can accidentally lock your keys inside a Peugeot 206 if you exit the car with the keys still inside and the doors are locked automatically or manually. It's important to be cautious when exiting the vehicle to ensure you have your keys with you.

Just simply, connect all the black wires to the black wire coming out of the connector, and all the white wires to the white wire coming out of the connected. Use the blocks with screw in to connect them (pick them up from most car accessories shops like halfords, wilcos....etc).

If you are unsure it might be best to find someone who can and get them to teach you. But basicaly you have to disconnect the battery, jack up the car, remove the driver side front wheel. Remove the cover behind the wheel. Bar engine over until you can insert a locking bolt and nutinto the hole of the cam wheel that secures the wheel to the engine to prevent accidental movement. You have to remove the timing belt covers, remove the auxillary belts (probably best to change these to) Remove the auxillary crankshaft wheels to get complete access to the timing belt. Remove timing belt by whatever means. When fitting the new belt check the arrows on the belt are going in the same direction as the old belt. It is fiddly getting the new belt back on, and there is provision to move the tensioner to allow ease of refitting. Although for some reason I prefer to strugle without doing that. I just inch it on slowly until the belt sits central to the width of wheel. Then replace everything you have removed. Be sure to have the correct replacement belts before you change them!! There are variations!.

mines a v reg, should be the same model i think, theres a lever under the steering collumn, on the left i think.. that pops it then theres a little lever again, under the front of the bonnet to one side of the pug badge, the right of it i think, only an inch or two to one side of the other of the badge.

you have to remove front panel ,bumper rads o/s driveshaft and front leg batty box and lots of small cable holder and will come out through the front it takes some time but will come out without taking engine

jack the van up on axle stands.remove the wheel.you will have to leave the van in gear and put something in front of the front wheels to stop the van moving.dont engage the handbrake.remove the wheel place it under the axle as its much cheaper to replace a wheel than an axle should the van fall off the stands.remove the 2 wheel locator pins theese are 11 or 12 mm i think.now you need a hammer and a piece of wood.using the hammer to hit the wood, hit the drum on the inside lip.the amount of force you will use will depend on wheather the drums siezed or not.

Remove the door trim: Torx screws hold on the armrest and door pocket and the other plastic parts just pull off; and prise off the trim, getting your fingers close to each of the plastic poppers. Spray penetrating oil into the top corner of the door and work the rocker free.

not sure if a partner is the same but I asked the same question to a dealer regarding the 407 SW rear wiper arm as mine was not positioned correctly and was told they could only be removed by breaking off and replaced with a new arm!

You can use an old credit card to make the tool. Just cut it in the shape of the tool shown on the picture. That's how I removed my radio

it will be easier to fit if you remove the front wheel next to the belt. there are two pulleys without slots they should be outside the loop . the left one is the stretcher, you should use a wrench as a lever to release the tension while fitting the belt, it's very easy

if you have a helping hand just to release the stretcher it very simple
