The oxygen sensor is locate on the exhaust manifold towards the rear of the motor, upstream on the top before the cat and downstream on the bottom after the cat.

This is the tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) alarm. It detects any wheel turning at a different rate due to different tire diameter when low on air.

To reset it on the Vibe, turn on the ignition, keep the car stopped and press the reset button on the left side of the dash until the light goes out.

You may get a false alarm if you have a worn tire, if one side of the car is warmer than the other or if you just replaced a tire.

Lie on your back with your butt on the seat and your head near the brake pedal. Take a flashlight with you. Looking up, you will find it to the right of the steering wheel. There is a cover on it, which you can snap off. Then the trick is trying to remove any of the fuses in that tight space. I'm a woman with small hands, and even then it is extremely frustrating. VERY poor design choice on their part.

I understand that the gasoline filter on a 2003 Pontiac Vibe is in the fuel tank, and seldom needs replacement

I do not know if the 2009 vibe has the same location as the 2004, but on my 2004 vibe the oil filter is between the bumper and the engine, but is above the oil pan. It is visible from both above and below and will likely be a white or blue cannister about the width of a soda can but somewhat shorter.

I found my at the front of the engine on the drivers side. At the very front there is a

small piece of medal that crosses from the front to the side of the engine opening and it was attached to that.

I'm not a professional, so there may be a better way, but I did change the handle on the passengers side front door of my 2004. Remove the interior door panel by first pulling off the small triangle piece inside the side mirror. Then unscrew 2 screws, one in the hand cup and another near the door release handle. Then pull off the interior cover. It's held in place by plastic pins, so just tug. Then peel back the plastic cover and remove the black shield on the top on the door nearest to the rear. My handle was broken so pulling it out was easily done with some wiggling. There are to screws that require and Allen, hex wrench. One should be visible directly behind the handle. The other is behind a plug on the edge of the door frame, above where the lock gripes the car frame. Unscrew these to loosen the housing for the handle linkage. There was a red plastic holding a bar, which I flipped up but I am not certain it's necessary. Next pull the lock straight out, on the outside of the door. You should then be able to slide the old handle out, and the new handle in.

It could be as simple as a restriction of airflow through the condenser or low refrigerant, or it could be a blockage in the system. You need to take it to a shop to have a system performance check run on it in order to diagnose the problem.

I do believe your pcm box on most Pontiac , chev ,&gmc,s are located on the fire wall inside car behind the glove box. Just remove your glove box door & glove box liner it should only be 4-6 screws to remove both once removed you will be able to see the pcm box. It is a silvery tin box with a wiring harness running into it , but before you attempt to remove it or unplug the wiring harness disconnect your battery

on the 1997 sunfire take off front passenger side tire pull off inner fender guard i believe there's one screw other are pull plastic retainers some will break and need replacement remove passenger headlight, it has two fasteners tow screws for module will be accessible under light, other screws will be from under neath, then you can pull and unplug

It is located on the engine block where the upper radiator hose connects to the engine. To get at it you need to remove the serpentine belt and alternator.

There are two o2 sensors one before the converter and one after. There is a TSB (technical service bulletin) on the vibe o2 sensor. Depending on your milage your car may be covered. The heated sensor (sensor 1) is on the exhaust behind the engine. Trouble codes would be P0171 and P2195 for the TSB/recall.

A diagram of what? The electrical system, vacuum circuits, it would be good to know what you are referring.

Okay, this is pretty easy. Sit in your 2009 Vibe/Matrix. the whole center panel is one piece even though it looks like three. you'll be prying up the top sides of it too that are made of the dash board material. okay so you're in your car - notice how the dashboard material extends down towards where your gear selector is? Okay, slowly with your fingertips, pry up between the dashboard material under the gear selector and the plain plastic that makes up the floor wells (where your feet go). You'll be prying below your shifter and below the grey that looks sorta like a cheap metal. Pry slowly but with some force and the plastic should "Pop" out. continue working your way up the dash board (the grey part anyways that houses the A/C stuff) until you get to the top. to remove the very top pin, pry the dash panel away and then lift up the bottom part - be very careful to not pull any wires out. You'll want to disconnect the wires to the seat belt notification thingy and the hazard lights. If you have a 5sp, like myself, you'll need to unscrew the shifter knob, and use a screw driver to open up the white plastic bit that holds the shifter shroud around the shifter knob.

I would expect to see more than 30 psi.

Vibe rims do not fit the 2010 Matrix AWD.

We bought wnter tires from a Vibe thinking that they did fit.

However the bolt holes are offset so that you cannot mount the four holes on the studs. We eneded up buying four Matrix rims and put the tires on them.

Vibe rims maybe fit other earlier Matrix models.

They do not fit the 2010 AWD 2.4 litre Matrix.

I just did one of these. First you have to remove the glove box door. This is done by opening the door, then depressing the sides inward which releases the stops. Then lift the door up to remove.

Under the door opening there is a small plastic panel that has two plastic push-in type clips. Pry the clips out. The plastic panel will remain connected to the upper portion but is now disconnected from the ECM chassis.

Next, looking inside the glove box opening at the lower area, remove two bolts that are brass colored and can be removed with a Phillips screw driver or a 10mm socket wrench. After removing the two bolts, pull the ECM chassis toward you to release the push-in pin in the back, then carefully pull down on the left side. The unit has cable connections on the right. Once this is pulled out of the way, you have access to the blower motor. It is attached with 3 small hex head bolts. (5mm I think) Remove each of the bolts. Disconnect the small black rubber tube. Disconnect the cable plug. The blower assembly can now be removed by pulling toward the floor.

It takes about 30 minutes to do this.

Oil filetr on this 2.4 engine is underneth by the middle of engine.

My base Vibe (1.8 L) is 12 gallons.
