Well lets start with what the term Bump means. Bumping is a technique that locksmiths and now criminals are using to open locks instead of the old standard method of picking them. In short a person has a key that the same type as the lock you have i.e. you have a Kwikset lock and key, the person bumping the lock would also use a Kwikset key. They would put their key into your lock and use a small hammer or object to hit the key which causes the pins in the key cylinder to jump out of he way and allows the person to turn your key cylinder and unlock your door. Thus why it is called bumping. So the first part of the Bump Proof means that the lock is not able to be bumped. The second part ANSI grade 1 is a rating used by the American National Standards Institute to determine the amount of wear and tear a lock can handle. Grade one is the highest. So the second part of the question means that you have the highest grade of deadbolt. Typically a Bump proof lock is a keyless lock using a keypad for entrance rather than a key way thus eleminating the ability to be bumped.
