If it is the same as the 2002 model, there is an adjustment bolt under a cover inside the bottom of the central arm rest. A ratchet spanner is the best tool for the job. This is also where you would disconnect your brake cable from the inside if you decide to change the cables completely( best to do both cables at the same time as the old one will have stretched slightly)

Hi there, I have a Renault Master 1991. I boughtt it already converted, really happy with the layout. Rear dining area that converts into a double bed. Passenger side cooker, sink. cupboard fridge. Driver side shower room incl toilet/sink. Wardrobe nextdoor with propex heater and carver cascade water heater below. Top cupboards all the way around for cup plates clobber! Under seat storage for outside table etc I would advise to build a false floor if you have a high top van, store spare wheel, or deck chairs, also I have water tanks under neath the van, fresh and waste water. If you want to use in icey weather best to fit tanks inside under false floor so no freezing up problems. WRITE DOWN A LIST OF YOUR NEEDS AND USES FOR YOUR VAN, HOW MANY PEOPLE, THEN DESIGN AROUND THESE LISTS.

Dead fan motor, bad connetion to fan motor, faulty swith on radiator. To check, pull connetion to fan apart, this is a two spade connection found close to fan. Run a live wire from battery to connection and another wire from connection to negative pole on battery. If fan starts to spin, the motor is fine. This test can also be done at the thermostat switch on the radiator. Fault must be at radiator switch. This switch is located half way down the right hand side of the radiator. Drain radiator, remove switch, replace switch, refill radiator, bleed cooling system. Problem solved.
