What is the best thing to train on to 99 strength?
MEMBERS:1-20 cows, man, and chickens. these monsters have very very low defence and they give pretty good xp for these levels. Cows are in pens all over Lumby, men just walk around Lumby, and are in pens too.
20-40 i like to go to hill giants because they are level 28 and they drop big bones which give 15 prayer xp per bone. They are located inside the building to the South and West of the Grand Exchange. You will need a brass key to enter.
40-55 deadly red spiders. They are in the sewers under Varrock and they are really aggressive so they auto-attack you and you can afk there
55-70 rock crabs, or yaks. These are low leveled monsters and have a ton of hp. They give 200xp per kill and are very easy to kill. You can afk at rock crabs. Rock crabs are in the north part of Relleka on both sides of the fence. For yaks you have to take a boat to Neitz from Relleka
70-80 slayer. this will give you xp for both slayer and str and you will make a bunch of money.
80-95 dagannoths, monkey guards, or slayer. dagannoths are under the lighthouse, monkey guards are in ape atoll and there is an alter there and slayer again would make a lot of money and slayer levels.
95-99 soul wars, or continue on with dagannoths,monkey guards, and slayer. Soul wars gives alot of xp for those with high levels.
*My friend got 98-99 str in 12hrs of playing time with scared clay sword from stealing creations*

55-99 spiders (lvl50) under barbarian village, they give you 200xp per kill and are really the only thing suitable for getting 99 str,att, or def in F2P. The only other place would be lesser demons but they use alot more food and are usually busier than spiders.

ATT- whip, this costs 3-4mil and it hits often and hits high. You can also weild a shield with it
STR- sara sword, this costs about 10mil. This uses both hands so no shield
DEF- whip, this costs 3-4mil and it hits often and hits high. You can also weild a shield with it
NON-MEMBERS:
ALL- rune scim, this costs 40-70k and it is really the only good weapon in F2P. You can also weild a shield with this
Favorite Armor to WearMEMBERS- helm of neitz (or slayer helm if doing slayer task), amulet of glory, fighter torso, dragon platelegs, dragon boots, and black dhide vambraces.
*costs about 1.5mil and about 6 hours of playing barbarian assault to get torso*
F2P- rune full helm, amulet of (att,str,def...depending on what you are getting), rune platebody, rune platelegs, security boots, rune scim, rune beserker shield, gloves
*costs 200k-400k*

With or without cooking gauntlets you will stop burning monkfish at approximately level 90.
