You are not actually restricted to use Quick Chat (QC), you are probably just on a Quick Chat Only World. Either that or Jagex have Included a Quick Chat Only Ban in the New Update in August 2011.

How do you make a good park in rct3?
You should use most of all rides, a LOT scenery (or custom scenery) and make your own coasters. Make food drinks, and all stalls. And use almost anything is available
You should take some time to think everything out. You should place food, drink and stuff stalls all over the park. You should place gentle rides (coasters for kids, slow rides) on one side of the park and more extreme rides on the other side of the park. If you want to make a monorail or something similar you should leave a path for that. SHORT: Think out every detail before you start because there is no turning back!!
How come there is no tutorial island on runescape anymore?
That's because there in no Learning the Ropes quest. Unstable Foundation is not on Tutorial Island so why should it be ther for no reason?

Also their eyes are simple and are only able to tell light from dark, and when you turn the light on or off they will sometimes close up due to natural instinct (they think that a possible predator is above them blocking out the light.)

it is, but not recommended, use a dragon scimitar or a saradomin sword, which is much quicker.

Perhaps we can assume that most of the 156 million registered accounts that were not active in the last month have quit. However, in any case that information may not be very useful: I guess that many of the registered accounts that are not active only played briefly. Also, please note that one single person can create several game accounts.

How do you get a lyre on RuneScape?
If you have started 'Fremennik Trials' you will need a lyre to play to get one of the people to vote for you. To play a lyre it needs to be enchanted. First, to get the wood for the lyre you need to cut a branch from the swaying tree east of relleleka. After you have obtained the branch you must use it with a knife to create unstrung lyre. To make it strung you need some golden leace. This can be obtained by a troll east of relleleka. After this you will have a lyre. To make in enchanted you need to get a raw shark or monkfish an place it on an alter that is west of the bridge that you cross to get to relleleka.
