How do you use orb in RuneScape?
An Unpowered orb is an item used to make enchanted orbs by casting an enchanting spell on the corresponding Obelisk, then crafting the orb onto a Battlestaff to make an Air, Earth, Fire, or Water battlestaff.
- To charge one you will need 30 runes of the type of charge you want(air, earth, fire, water).
- Then you will need 2 cosmic runes.
- Then go to the obelisk that is correspond with the charge desired and elemental runes being used.(Fire/Water - Taverly Dungeon, Air/Earth - Edgeville Dungeon)
- Cast the spell on the obelisk.
- Now you have a charged Air, Earth, Fire, or Water Orb.
Tips - Bring Desired Elemental Staff, Each Orb Needs 2 Cosmics, Energy Potions, Strange Fruit, etc., Energy Boosting Clothing, Spottier/Spotted cape, Boots of lightness, etc.

The "riches" are puzzles on the walls in the Ice Cave.. You need to have a certain skill level to do each (like Crafting, Woodcutting, or Agility). When you do them, you will be given extra experience in the skill.

70 Attack is your best bets, 70 defense is only good for barrows Armour it is better than dragon in defense, but very costly since you have to keep repairing it.
Where-as if you get 70 Attack you can Buy an Abyssal Whip and be able to wield it, and that is a high-level members choice of weaponry other than a God-sword.
Is Jagex going to make another runescape like mmorpg?

How do you get 99 cooking in RuneScape?
I don't have a full-on guide on how, but some useful tips for you to follow:
* Start off by cooking whatever you can. I started out cooking shrimp and bread. Cook these until you gain a few levels.
* You can also buy the raw fish of your choice and cook them. After they are cooked go to the grand exchange and sell them. With the money you make you can turn around and buy more raw fish.
* Don't give up on your goal of getting to level 99 cooking. It takes time and patience. If you feel yourself getting burned out go do something else.
* Fishing for raw fish is the cheapest way to get your fish. It will also help raise your fishing level and get you closer to 99 in it.
* Find the things that give you the most experience point and cook those things. Just because its cheap does not mean its the best choice.
* Do all quests that are related to cooking. The completed quests will give you good experience points in your cooking skill.
* If you are a paying member do the quest Family Crest and choose the cooking gauntlets. The cooking gauntlets allow you to burn less fish which means less burned fish and more experience towards your goal.
* Use a cooking range that is close to a bank. It saves time and allows you to level up faster.
If you look-up a quest guide for the quest your doing, assuming it is a quest, look for a Q & A section it should explain a good answer.
Why your runescape account is restricted to Quick Chat?
You are not actually restricted to use Quick Chat (QC), you are probably just on a Quick Chat Only World. Either that or Jagex have Included a Quick Chat Only Ban in the New Update in August 2011.
