What is the most effective home remedy for getting rid of scabies?

Ok, so I noticed what i thought was scabies 4 days ago so this is what i did. I researched the hell out of the internet and asked 2 pharmacists how to treat over the counter. The internet said a lot about tea tree oil, the pharmamcist said to use a lice kit all over your body but it isnt safe for more than 10 min and u need at least 20min to kil them using the lice kit. I took some info i gathered and thought id try this before i risked the lice kit and/or prescription Rx. i drew a really really hot bath, added 3 cups epsom salt, 1/4 cup coconut oil 1/4 cup tea tree oil. I soaked in it for about an hour washing with neem soap. your sking will be oily, LEAVE IT ON for about 30 min, dont towel dry, just air dry, walk around the house or something. I then got back in a very hot shower and washed excess oil off with neem soap. I then filled a spray bottle with hot water, 1/2tsp tea tree oil, 1/4tsp coconut oil. Shakke it well and spray all over you body every 30 min. Spray your bedding as well and let air dry. after about an hour i got a clean paper towel and wiped my body. They are really tiny but you can see them on white paper. they just came out of my skin and were dead. I did this last night around 7pm and haven't itched or noticed anything nearly 24hrs later. I will repeat this for the next 3 days or untill im sure they are gone. Fingers crossed. I really hope this helps someone.

What does it mean when theres a continuous itch that cant be scratched and a get a sharp pain when i pee?

My advice would be to go and see your doctor who will perform a few tests on you to see what this is.

Without having no test results it is hard to know what this is. However these are the symptoms of Thrush, when itching a lot and sometimes pain during sex or urination and an increased amount of discharge which can look a little like cottage cheese.

However I cannot be certain of this and the only advice anyone can give you is to go and see your local GP

Please leave me feedback or recommend me if you are satisfied with my answer.

No, you can't get scabies from an infection. You can get an infection called scabies from a very small species of mite (tiny insects that bore into the skin).
