well there are a lot of different plants out there that help itching. personaly i would choose aloe vera (make a paste or green clay mask), chamomile ( make herbal tea) and willow ( use a willow oil).

2. Garlic. I smashed a clove of garlic once a day and downed it w/ water. At night, I would wrap a piece of gauze around a small clove, tie it w/ a string of floss and use it like a tampon overnight.
Garlic and yogurt both have the ingredients to help balance the PH in your vaginal area. It worked for me. I didn't apply the yogurt since I had trouble finding NO SUGAR yogurt at my local supermarket. Either way, I still highly suggest you talk to a doctor first.
