i think not lice dont make red spots in hairs I was born with something like this. If its been there since your child was born then its probably just a birthmark. You might want to take your child to go get checked out by a doctor or something.

The rash could be a mild reaction to medication that he's been taking or due to the fever itself. If the rash does not spread, and is not itchy or changing color then it will clear up on it's own. I would not advise using any creams or lotions to treat this unless it does become itchy or worsen. Leave it alone. Also, fevers, colds, and illness in general can deplete certain vitamins and minerals in the body so I would suggest that you pay attention to good nutrition for your child at this time. Yes, Clobetasol cream can be used for Jock Itch but not long term. Jock itch is a fungal infection that would need an anti-fungal medication to treat it. Clobetasol would help relieve itching and inflammation but because it is a strong steroid medication, it is not designed for long term use.

If you apply the alcohol externally it will be extremely painful as the Jock itch is a fungal infection that damages the skin's surface. If you think you have this condition, you should go and see a qualified medical practitioner (e.g. a doctor) to get a suitable treatment. By the way the fungus is very contagious.
