The reason for this is because C sharp minor only has four sharps in it's key signature, whereas D flat minor has 6 flats + 1 double flat.

Ironic thing is, on the other hand, is that C sharp major has seven sharps whilst D flat has five flats.

Because C flat and B are the same notes, due to chromatics.

D major isn't actually a note. D major is a major scale based on the note D (D natural) and the scale has two sharps (F sharp and C sharp). There isn't anything special about D major since it requires both an F sharp and a C sharp, the most 'special' scale is C major since there are no flats or sharps needed.

Nope, sharps arre sharps, flats are flats, and naturals are naturals.

Start with first finger on G in low position1-2-34,1-2-34. 1-23-4, 1-23-4 (position of fingers on each string)

Firstly, there is no B minor chord in the key of F sharp minor. Rather, it is A sharp minor chord.

And you can use any chord at the end of a chord progression. Why not!

The scale with a lowered seventh is the Mixolydian scale. You might be looking for the Hijass scale .
