it's under the battery - you can just see it poking out at the front side of the battery. you really need to move the battery to give you enough room to unscrew it.the power steering design is unusual so make sure you know what you are doing-the pump is expensive!

usually the acutator motor in the door is bad sometimes they get wet and lock up. You must remove the door panel you can feel down inside the lower rear part of the door and you can feel the motor there is a pop rivit that has to be drilled out from the outside. There is one bolt on a bracket inside the door you can see it. The acutator rod to the latch and power plug must be unhooked. These are not cheap at auto zone they are about a $100 each at Ford you will probably have to finance them.

MAKE SURE IT IS NOT THE SWITCH BEFORE YOU GO TO ALL THE TROUBLE.

Sometimes the linkages are binding and the actuator could not hit home on the power stroke. Make sure by removing door panel and see before you make any costly repairs.

How do i find the relay switch for my Skoda Fabia 1200cc model year 55. I am after the relay switch which works the dip and main beam headlights, my main beam works but not the dipped beam. Thanks.

if rear side door; unlock and pull handle. if boot lid; pull handle in drivers side door-well (side of the drivers seat) "door open"

According to the dealer in UAE they reccomend changing the timing belt set at either 90,000 KMs or 4 years old 'whichever comes first' , but considering some well experienced mechanics openions, the timing belt can survive & still be safe up to 100,000 KMs

I just had this on my skoda fabia 1.2 , I found that it was the Outer c/v joints on the drive shaft , this is easily repaired as you can get the whole c/v joint kits from about £25 each from somewhere like euro car parts etc. Or it might be just a split in the c/v joint boot whitch can easily be replaced and packed with grease again costing less than a whole joint . You either have accidentally Disconnected the Wires to the rear speaks or you have the Fade on the radio set to the front.

Grip the aerial mast firmly by hand and then twist anti-clockwise to unscrew aerial from threads.

There is a small glove box on the driver's side of the dashboard. pull it out CAREFULLY, and you will see the outlet to plug in the diagnostic machine. When you're done, put the glove box back in.

On 1.2 3 cylinder BME engine Fabias it is loctated in the black plastic housing near side of cylinder head with 2 rubber coolant hoses coming out of it. Standing at front of car with bonnet up and looking into engine bay it should be to your right side, underneath the side of the engine cover and the thermostat housing has an electrical connector plug coming out of it.

If you are inside the car, notice the chrome door handle. Pull it as if you are opening the door, and you will hear two loud clicks (one if you count both at the same time). The individual door, if you are in the rear seat, or all 4 doors, if you are in the front, have been unlocked. pull again, and the door will open. The driver may notice a dual button. One side of the button with a picture of a car with a door open, and the other side bears a picture of a key. Press the side with the car and all 4 doors will unlock. If already unlocked, th doors will make a slightly soft clicking noise.

WARNING! If you are inside the car, and it is locked from the outside. you cannot get out on your own. The handle will fight with you, and the lock indicator (the little thingy) will pop up, but when you let go, it will go back down. Be sure to get the person with the keys to unlock the car so you may get out. you can tell if the car has been locked with the key because a red light will flash every second on the driver's door.
