Why do you sometimes hear voices when you go to sleep?
I think it depend on if the voices are our own or not. If they are our own, then we are just replaying thoughts or replying to things that are playing on your minds due to stress.
How do I wake someone up without them noticing?
Just gently touch them and softly say it's time to get up. That way they won't feel disturbed and you won't necessarily be bothering them.
How much is it to stay one week in the Netherlands?

I always sleep on one side of the bed and I have never slept in the middle is this normal?
It is reasonable but most people shift around when they are asleep in bed.
Why do punch and kick my legs asleep?
You may have simple restless legs syndrome. But if the kicking is especially violent or injurious, I'd be concerned you may have a parasomnia known as RBD. Rapid eye movement sleep behavior disorder (although I doubt this.)
Talk to your doctor about it and inquire about requip or klonopin (generic available on both), these are both excellent for treating these symptoms. Don't delay, if I was your doctor I'd also want to know how well you feel you sleep. If you sleep poorly, I wouldn't prescribe you the regular sleeping pills like ambien or lunesta (they don't really help THAT much) I would prescribe you Klonopin, 1mg and Remeron, 15 mg, 30 minutes before bedtime.
Answer#2I would like to add to the above by saying that I do have Restless Legs Syndrome. I am prescribed Requip and Mirapex by my primary physician. The combination of these two medications work wonderfully for restless legs. However, what you have described doesn't even come close to resembling the symptoms I experience from RLS. Although my RLS is sometimes so intense that I kick my legs just out of sheer frustration just trying to find some measure of comfort or relief, but this kicking is quite voluntary on my part. I also, at times, have to get out of bed and pace or walk around the house to make the awful sensations of RLS ease up a bit.
On the other hand, I also have involuntary muscle contractions/spasms which cause involuntary movements such as kicking, jerking, etc. This is neurological/nerve related and my PMP has prescribed Neurontin (Generic is Gabapentin), which provides some relief - all of which is caused by ruptured/herniated bulging disks pinching my sciatic nerve and some other nerve endings in my spine.
Finally, I would like to address the person who wrote the original two paragraphs of this response. Why would you suggest Klonopin, a benzodiazepine, that is used mostly to control panic attacks? And why would you recommend Remeron, which is normally prescribed to treat depression?
ADDENDUM BY PHYSICIAN: Klonopin is a treatment for the parasomnia, rapid eye movement sleep behavior disorder, which I believe this person may be suffering from.
Remeron is often used in conjunction with Klonopin to relieve these symptoms. Often these parasonmias are a result of distorted sleep-architecture; Remeron (a sedating tetra-cyclic antidepressant) restores normal sleep-architecture, often undoing the parasomnia (the violent REM sleep kicking.) Of course this is mere speculation until the person actually sees a doctor.
What is REM on an audio system?
REM is the rapid eye movement state of sleep and an American rock band.
How much sleep does a 22 year old woman need to feel refreshed?

You need to have an investigation into what these 'heartaches' actually are and what is causing them.
Get changed with the door closed. You went to bed clothed but woke up naked, what did you do about that? Did you ask your roommate if he had any idea of what happened. Where you drunk when you went to be. You must be sure before accusing someone of touching your balls at night. Lock your door when you go to bed at night. Set up a video camera in your room while your gone or home asleep. Sit down and have a talk with him before something happens that you will regret. This doesn't sound like a good home situation since you sound so very uncomfortable about it. You have options: move out or talk to him about it. Definitely lock your bedroom door.
You have stayed up too late the last night and slept in too much the last morning. That keeps you awake. Or you are an insomniac which you can get medicine for that's what I am you should really look into it
How do you stay awake for one week?
You can't. After two or three days, your body will make you fall asleep.
Is it unhealthy to sleep with your head on top of 3 pillows?
Yes, it can be bad, even just using two pillows makes a big difference, because you can get pain in your neck joints, and even sometimes arthiritis in your neck if you do it a lot.
