What is better forum destroyer or capita mide life lost snowboard?
I have the 2008 158Wide Destroyer and I love it. i was riding a nitro team board before i got my forum and a Burton before that. the destroyer is my favorite board I've ridden. its a great all around board, lots of pop, super buttery and good for back bowls. I've never ridden a capita, its all about personal preference but i definetley recommend the destroyer.
What is the best snowboard size for you?
The perfect snowboard depends on two main things. Your weight and your type of riding. The size of board is dependant on your weight because a snowboard is basically a spring under your feet. There are three types of boards Mountain boards (for riding down regular trails and faster speeds) Freeride boards (Boards for tricks, pipes, and terrain park) and an All mountain board (a general board that could be used on any part of a mountain. It has some characteristics of both the other two types of boards) The most common boards are the all mountain boards because they work well whether you choose to just ride or to try out some jumps. Depending on your shoe size (larger then a 10) you may need a wide board so your feet won't hang over the board as much when your strapped in.

Are step child snowboards any good?
In a word... Yes!
Myself and someone i know have had one... I had a Jibstick from 2010 season and used it on dryslope (much harder on the board than snow) multiple times a week for about 2 years before the base finally started to wear out around the edges.
Was a really nice board with loadsa pop, especially good on rails as it was rocker. Took lots of abuse really well and never showed any signs of poor quality. Will probably have another stepchild in future...

What is shreddin narr or shreddin some narr slang words?
The word your looking for is "gnar" or "gnarly". It comes from a snowboarding video self titled as GNAR which was made by Robb Gaffney in memory of skier Shane McConkey. It stands for Gaffneys Numerical Assessment of Radness. The idea behind the video was that people were taking snowsports too seriously and so to make fun of those people, Shane McConkey, Robb Gaffney's good friend would pretend he was really obsessed with being better than everyone. He and Shane wrote a book called "squawliwood" named after his home mountain of squaw and gave certain runs and tricks a certain number of points. So a particularly difficult run would be a gnarly one.Now shredding gnarly means you did something perfectly, really cool or just plain crazy. For those of you who are in to doing really cool but stupid stuff. Check out GNAR and try to get a game going on your mountain
