Socialism is the kind of government based upon the belief that it is the responsiblity of a society to care for all of its members, hence, the government involves itself in such things has helping the unemployed to get jobs, providing health care for the sick, feeding the hungry, housing the homeless, etc.

The ultimate goal of a socialist economy is to provide for material (economic) needs of a society with greater efficiency and productivity than a capitalist economy.

It is believed that a more productive, efficient and equitable economy will allow for greater freedom and eliminate exploitation.

Many famous historical figures have supported socialism, including Karl Marx, Friedrich Engels, Vladimir Lenin, and Rosa Luxemburg. Modern figures such as Bernie Sanders and Jeremy Corbyn also advocate for socialist policies. Socialism has had varied support throughout history, with different interpretations and implementations.

First let us see just what Socialism means, it means an economic system based on state ownership of capital, also political theory advocating state ownership of industry. It promised the people that they would be in full employment, have a home medical care and all the comforts afforded to affluent countries. But what it does not disclose is that all such promises were conditioned upon complete obedience to the Government. The individual would or could not own anything, that everything would be controlled by the Government. There is no Government in the world that is not a Socialist government to some degree. One must also remember that it the the first step to Communism.

Mussolini introduced fascism to Italy, not socialism. Fascism is an authoritarian ideology that emphasizes the power and importance of the state, while socialism advocates for the democratic ownership and control of the means of production.

I consider that socialism is the stage of society that follows capitalism. it is the time of the eradication of capitalist ways of creating society (way of production, etc.), behaving (wars to get resources, lands, markets) and the establishment of cooperative ways. I think that this period could be quite long, "ironing out the bugs," so to say, of what has been created by capitalist and feudalist society before it. Later, after a process of "settling," society will further transform. Communism is a later result.

Economic competition would be eradicated under both socialism and communism. Marx believed that one of capitalism inherent defects and evils was that capitalism saved only to let the bourgeoisie accumulate wealth to themselves by taking the surplus value of the labor of the workers. Socialism and communism would eliminate individual profit in favor of a societal profit from that surplus value.

Surely justice is supposed to do exactly what it says on the tin ! The shape & size of the tin doesn't matter. If it ain't right it ain't Justice. Similarly the system that any jurisdiction uses is irrelevant to the question: Justice is about fairness & balance. If the jurisdiction does not arrive at a fair & balanced result then justice is denied. I can see no other outcome irrespective of the political system. Justice is beyond political influence, if it is not then justice it is not.

it is very unclear what economic system Saudi Arabia and the other middle east oil nations follows. Me as a politician would call Saudi Arabia state capitalism. the government is big and controls the market as well as the government don't follow socialism or communism. individuals are allowed to trade and cell their products, but the government still colpletly controlls the trade as in a planned echonomy.

Slogans for social issues can relate to politics, religion, military, money, family and more. These slogans can give advice or criticism and could potentially cause arguments, especially if they occur on social media or forums.

Maybe a bit. You could say communism is an extreme form of socialism.

Hitler did not like either. Actually, Communists were one of the first people to become victims of German concentration camps. With socialism, well, that wasn't one of Hitler's traits. He is an example of what happens if someone is never in physical contact with another person. (at least, no contact for a long time.)

- Actually, Hitler was well aware of the German Social Democratic party (which was, and still is, the primary German socialist political party; they are usually called SPD, which is short for the German for "Social Democratic Party of Germany")- as a German politician, he had to deal with them, at least until the Nazis were able to come to power and eliminate them. The SPD was another of the first parties to be banned using the powers granted by the Enabling Act of the 1933. Its members were imprisoned or forced into exile.

According to pure Marxist theory this is an impossible condition. Capitalism sets up the conditions for Communism, then Communism totally and completely automatically replaces Capitalism at the right historical time. This is a totally deterministic and inevitable transition that cannot be avoided anywhere in the world, according to Marx.
