The cover looks a lot like the work by US painter Morris Louis. It certainly has a lot of similarities with his painting Alpha-Pi (which is shown in the Metropolitan Museum Of Art in New York). I think Morris Louis also painted a couple of similar works, so the cover might be derived from that one.

If it is indeed based on an (excerpt of an) art work, it's quite peculiar that no credits were stated in the booklet of the album.

Several Freemasons were involved in the design, building and cornerstone setting of the Statue of Liberty. Specifically there is a plaque on the statue with the square and compasses representing the laying of the cornerstone of the monument.

No. However, the man who designed it, Frederic Auguste Bartholdi, originally wanted to put the statue at the entrance to the Suez Canal, in Egypt. However, the Ottoman Empire couldn't come up with the financial backing, and so the statue was built in New York City instead.

The classical appearance of the Statue of Liberty is based on the mythological Roman goddess Libertas, who represented liberty and freedom. The right foot is raised and her left forward as if trampling broken shackles/chain. The torch represents enlightenment. The keystone in her hand represents knowledge.

I don't think she actually has a proper name all i know is she was a Roman Goddess, and that it was a gift to the usa from the people of France to represent friendship between the two countries.
