If it hurts more with bending and twisting, it is most likely muscle-related. It it hurts when someone pushes on your abdomen, but not when you bend or twist, then it is more apt to be internal. There are hernias that can cause a bulging in the area you indicate, but I doubt that a hernia in the front-side of your abdomen would be a cause of back pain, unless you have more than one thing going on... If this continues, or begins to get worse, then I strongly suggest you be seen by your family doctor for possible Xrays, etc and surgical referral...

Lie down for an hour and relax. Don't do any activities even if you feel better. Make sure you feel better for good or you'll make yourself even more sick. No, not really. You could have gas or have ate something that did not agree with you. Plenty of women I know that have children and when they were pregnant they said that their stomachs did not hurt but their breasts did.

Yes it can hurt, some women tend to have lower abdominal pains during their first few weeks of pregnancy and it is normal as it is goes hand in hand with breast pains too.

No. Taking a pregnancy test and having it come out positive means you're pregnant. If you have taken a pregnancy test and are not pregnant, then you still have a lump, but it is because of something else. That something could be nothing, it could be a harmless but ugly cyst, or it could be a malignant tumor. Also when you listen to music think about cool stuff like if your listening to a great artist, imagine that it's you singing instead of that person who really is singing. yes it can. I can't take it or any other anti inflammatory because I will be in severe pain for a day or two after. Not all people are this way but I haven't been so great to my body in the past. But now there are terrible side effects including blood in my sh*t and bad cramps
