Is it ok take pain meds after 24 hrs of bein off suboxone?
In my experience yes. I have taken pain pills within 6 hrs or so of taking small amount of subox. From my understanding the subox if anything will only block the high of a true opiate.
How bad is the withdrawal off of 5 mg of methadone?
Its still crappy one, will last for about a couple weeks and depending on your body health, might be hard or not as hard, but you'll have the most basic withdrawal sympthoms, specially imnsonia, anxiety, malaise, some bone pain if you're prone to it.
If u can go lower, go to 0.5 then quit. Take vitamin and mineral supplements (with magnesium specially). Good luck.
How to pass a drug test specifically for saboxone?
Suboxone has an extremely long half life and there really is not any magic trick or substance you could put in your body to flush it out faster. I guess it would be the same routine for this as with trying to pass any other drug test and see how it goes. The only way to flush it out faster is to put your metabolism into overdrive so it will work faster and excrete the drug from your system quicker, but that in itself carries its own risk.
You are on 4mg of suboxone and want to know what would happen if you took one hydrocoapap5-500mg?
Absolutely nothing at all would happen the the buprenorphine will block the tiny amount of hydrocodone and you would feel nothing. Even if you took a hand full the same day as you took suboxone, it would block the hydrocodone.
if you don't take suboxone regularly then you will be able to feel the effects of pain killers in about 6 hours, you just may need a little more pain killers than usual. but if you just took a quarter and you never take them then probably even less time than that.
Addiction to suboxone...Is it true?
Buprenorphine is an opioid, and can produce the same withdrawal symptoms as any other opioids such as Oxycodone (Oxycontin, Percocet), Methodone, and Fentanyl). It can be physicaly and mentaly addictive just as the substances above can.
Buprenorphine is the component of Suboxone that produces this effect. Suboxone however, is commonly used to treat opiate dependence in an outpatient setting.
As much as we like to help, this is one that you need to see your doctor about- and the sooner, the better. You might ask for referral to a doc that specializes in pain management.

If you're quitting Suboxone in order to begin taking another opiate, 24 to 36 hours will be enough. The longer you wait, the more effective your first dose will be, but there's no reason to go through withdrawals. You might check the opioid equivalency chart to make sure your new opiate dose will be sufficient. You'll find them online.
16 mg. is quite a high dose of bupe, and it will take quite a bit of most other opiates to match that. You might consider tapering down first.
The other thing to consider is that buprenorphine is a painkiller. I wouldn't trade 16 mg. of bupe for, say, 10 mg. of oxycodone and a bunch of Tylenol. !6 mg. of bupe is equivalent to at least 200 mg of oxy, according to these charts. And the politics are such that it may be easier to stay on bupe, because doctors have the DEA breathing down their necks about other opiates. Start talking to your doctor about equivalency, and you'll know where you stand.
no dont waste an OC until all of the blocker is out of your system. Suboxone is a blocker intended to prevent people from getting high off opiods. and OC's are opiods
Yes. Suboxone is an opiate, and all opiates are extremely physically addictive.
BUT-if you have a choice between taking opiates and taking Suboxone (synthetic opiate) take the Suboxone. No withdrawals, no cravings, no chasing drugs. It has helped me tremendously. I have been taking it for 5 months and don't even want to take any other opiate anymore. I used for 25 years--morphine, vicodin, etc.
You need to find a psychiatrist who is licensed to write a prescription, but there are many now. Some take insurance, some don't. It is more affordable than street drugs. I have blue cross and pay $30.00 for a co-payment for a month's supply (i take 12mg a day)--actually, insurance is weird would have that co-pay on any amount prescribed--10-100--I thank God for this drug.
Should you wait before taking Methadone after taking Suboxone?
Going from methadone to Suboxone will make you sick. Going the other way will not make you sick. However, long exposure to the narcotic antagonist in Suboxone will have made you far more sensitive to opiates like methadone. There is a good chance of overdose. The methadone should be phased in slowly, starting with much lower doses than normal.
A better idea: get detoxed from the Suboxone if necessary, and get REALLY clean. Why go from one addiction to another? Addicted is still addicted. Don't you want to be free of all that?
Can you have Ativan to help with pain while currently taking suboxone?

Can you take Cheratussin while on Suboxone?
yes it wont LIKELY kill you cheratussin's active contents include an opiate( codein ) a expectorant (guaifenesin) and a stimulant/decongestent (psuedoephedrine). Buprenorphine is a semi-synthetic opioid. Now its not a good idea to take a bunch of opiates and i assume thats why you have the suboxone but in general the only risk is respiratory depression as with all opiates but nothing crazy will happen.
Can you take fiorinal and suboxone?
Not without discussing it with your doctor.
Fiorinal (aspirin/butalbital/caffeine) may increase the effects of other drugs that cause drowsiness, including antidepressants, alcohol, antihistamines, sedatives (used to treat insomnia), pain relievers, anxiety medicines, and muscle relaxants. That would include Suboxone, which is a synthetic opiate, albeit with a narcotic antagonist included.
You should not take Fiorinal with codeine, either (it is available with and without). The whole purpose of taking Suboxone is to detox from opiates, and codeine is an opiate. Addictionally, the narcotic antagonist in the Suboxone would probably counteract any pain relief provided by the codeine.
Why you are still having cravings on 16mil suboxone?
Because Suboxone is well known as an ineffective treatment for addiction to heroin. Methadone is the preferred choice for addiction to heroin, I advise you ask your substance abuse professional to switch to methadone if you are still experiencing withdrawal symptoms.
How long does a hit and run stay on your record?
Under normal circumstances, a hit and run remains on your record permanently. It is a serious crime and one that is not easily erased.
Taking suboxone and taking hydrcodon what will happen?

What happens suboxone and bath salts together?
I'm about to find out. Just injected 2 small shots of bath salt about 4 or 5 hours ago & I'm still fairly spun. I've done A LOT of salt in my day so nothing new or even all that impressive tonight. However I had a pretty rough spot with my woman tonight & she just wants me to go to bed with her. I'm too damn whacked to pass out so I'm gonna shoot a half of an orange 8 mg suboxone tablet & see how that pans out. I'm not by any means thumping my chest, our bragging in any way. This its strictly experimental, not recommended, & purely for informational purposes. Please learn from my mistakes! I'm sorry to anyone I may offend with this post!
Can a KY parole officer keep you from taking suboxone?
