Remove Air Cleaner Box Assembly to gain access to alternator, Loosen bolts on alternator mounting bracket to relax alternator, Push alternator towards block to relax belt and away from block to tighten. Now tighten alternator bolts while keeping tension on alternator.

There are a couple of ways to reset the Service Engine Soon light on a Suzuki Grand Vitara. The easiest way is to get a scan tool from your local auto parts store. Using the scan tool will reset the service engine light. Disconnecting your vehicle's battery is another way that often works to reset the Service Engine Soon light.

On a 2006 XL-7 there are 8 speakers. Two high frequency speakers are in the top of the dashboard, at the base of the windshield, on the extreme right and left. There are under the finely perforated grilles. There is one full range speaker in each of the passenger doors, near the forward lower corner, behind the molded plastic grilles. There are also two adjustable subwoofers, one under each of the front seats. They are black boxes with a dial on the side that let you adjust the bass level, if you need more or less than the radio control allows. My 2001 XL-7 had only four speakers, one in each passenger door. Depending on the year, model and trim level, there are variations, but these are the most likely locations.

You can, should, and are legally required to register a financed car.

First place to go would be to go to a local Suzuki dealership. But if there isn't one then try Craigslist dot com. Otherwise used car dealerships would be best.

Under the front fascia to the right of the steering wheel. Squeeze the two short ends and GENTLY pull down and the lid comes away. The two ends are different so note which way the thing fits or you'll be ages trying to make it fit the wrong way round. I don't want to admit how I know that. It doesn't come out at all so you have to work on it kind of upside downish. I'm 6ft 7" and found it awkward to say the least.

You have to remove the entire tail lamp assembly and replace the bulb from the back side of it. To do that, open the rear door and locate the two screws inside the door jam. Remove those screws. Then gently slide the entire plastic assembly straight backward until the tabs that hold the front of the assembly are free. You can gently rock the assembly a little to free it, but DO NOT bend the assembly outward, or you could break it.

A side panel near your feet on the driver and passenger side. You have to remove the lower sill cover on the entry way to the door before you can remove the kick panel. The kick panel may contain electrical parts and wiring bundles.

Probably only available at the Suzuki dealer.

i suggest you look under the hood,an see ifit has a data sticker,that say's there's no timimg reguired.the 2002 i know has a timing sensor,which change's the timing atomatically.

drivers side, behind the motor. Very tricky angle, but you can still get to it. There is very little room to try and break it loose, so good luck.
